A group of 4 visited for lunch and 3 of us ate a different menu than what we ordered. One person said it was definitely spicy, but they gave him a non-spicy menu, and the other two ate a different menu because the waiter said it was beef soft tofu and pork soft tofu.I understand that you are busy, but I don't think it is a small mistake. When I told him, he asked if I would boil it again or give him a few more pieces of the basic dish, but I didn't have time and I was already full, so I just said it was okay.The food was delicious, but I don't think I would recommend it because I remember eating the changed menu without even saying sorry.

I stopped by here on a business trip. As expected, the soft tofu eaten in North America is more delicious than the soft tofu eaten in Korea. I ordered seafood soft tofu and stir-fried squid combo and both were delicious! It's provocative!

The food is always good. Love getting the combos. It was very busy on a Saturday lunch but was able to grab a table for 5 in 30 min. The staff is always helpful. Our waitress was very attentive in refilling our side dishes which was very nice. She also introduced us in eating the leftover crunchy rice with water which is a dessert in Korean culture. The ambiance is very family friendly. Many families eat here. There is a big parking lot that is shared with other stores so be ready to circle around because it does film up quickly.

I used to like this place and gave it a five-star. But now I have to change my review due to bad take out service they have. I ordered two hours ahead of time, but when I went to pick them up, they told me they didn’t have the order. After looking at their computer system, the lady found the order I put in. What’s rude is that she didn’t even apologize. All she said was “Go over there and wait”. It wasn’t even clear where to wait. She just pointed at the door and told me to wait there. It left me wondering what’s going on. Are they cooking all the orders right now? How much more long should I wait? It’s already been two hours! When they finally cooked the meal and brought it out, again not a single word of sorry. I’m not sure how their in person service has changed over the years but the takeout service is terrible. I would not go back again. SGD near Riverside Mall is a better place with similar food.

I can always count on BCD Tofu House for a good Sundubu. We always come here especially during winter time. Staff was helpful and food was great.

We ended up here after having gone to another nearby restaurant that was having water pressure issues and, upon seeing the recognizable name BCD, we ventured in. Seating was prompt and comfortable. The place was busy. We each ordered an entree and learned that they have a beer and wine license, so we tried from among their limited alcohol offerings. The beer and soju options weren't especially appealing, but they were part of the immersion in the experience. The food was good. My favorite food item were the dumplings that we ordered as a share plate. Plentiful servings and very polite and helpful staff to help navigate the unfamiliar territory. The manager came over promptly to sort out one early misunderstanding with our very nice server and his clarification was greatly appreciated.
