Staff is not very friendly and kind of rude. They only have one person working the counter and he rather take phone orders than deal with the customers waiting in the store. The two other people in the store couldn't help checkout customers either as it seems like that wasn't part of their job. Everyone was just waiting there while he took calls back to back to back. Bagels are ok here. I normally get them without any spread as they are inconsistent in how much they put. Sometimes it's too much and other times, it's super thin and if you ask for more they will want you to pay extra.

This place is such a rip-off! I ordered a wrap sandwich. According to the menu board, the price was $11.49 plus tax. The older lady at the counter charged me $11.75 plus tax; not the end of the world. I pointed out to the lady that she over charged me by a "quarter" and she denied it. I took over to the menu board and showed her the prices and when she realized I was correct instead of giving me back the over charge, she says "okay, next time I owe you a quarter". Actually, it's $0.26 plus tax but doesn't matter as there won't be a next time.

Terrible customer service by the cashier guy. He’s so obnoxious- I ordered a Flagel with Strawberry cream cheese & it was barely a smear of cream cheese. I asked if they can add more & he said it would be extra $ I told him you already charged $6 & it Barely has any. He got upset and rude - he’s so sarcastic & it’s not the first time. He’s terrible for business! The owner needs to either retrain him or replace him. The chef guy is not too far behind in rudeness but the cashier guy is the worst.

The atmosphere isn’t admittedly great, but the food and service are top tier as long as you take the time to interact with the staff (as with most smaller establishments). As I’ve been here over 50 times (for lunch and take out only, to note), I can confidently say if you had a bad experience here it’s probably your fault.

Today I placed an order through Grubhub. I received the wrong order. I called and they didn't ask who I was, the address, or what i received. All they said is, we know we give the correct orders to the drivers, if they mess up, it is not on us.. you need to contact Grubhub.I wasn't calling for a refund, I would have just wanted what i ordered to be delivered. But now that Grubhub has refunded me, why oh why would I resubmit an order to these people? would sooner now buy a bagel at 7-11

I don’t understand the bad reviews. It must be all Karens. Granted I only get bagels, but the deli food looks good too. The bagels here are straight?! Hands down best bagels in Fort Lee and possibly anywhere. The staff is always very very friendly as well. This place is a gem.

Pretty decent deli eats. But one time they way overcharged me (around $15) when I asked to buy one piece of chicken breast. I guess that’s not on their regular menu so they just made up a price on the spot. I paid anyway but regretted afterwards.

Extremely bothered and never going back. I’ve only ever ordered a bagel with cream cheese and seems like they can never listen when I ask for light cream cheese. This is the third time I’ve ordered and they constantly over do it with cream cheese. Not even toasted. I also called to complain, the Hispanic guy is VERRRYYY nasty. I do NOT recommend. They do not treat their fellow Latinos/ Hispanics with respect. You’d think because they are Spanish they would. Nope! Very nasty people there. Never again will I give them my money.
