IM at this place every day twice may be 3 times once i walk in mycoffee ,Donuts or bagel ready on the counter staff is very friendly ,nice clean place and the coffee always fresh.Parking: a lot of parking in the back of the building.

This Dunkin on Lemoine is horrible. No matter what I order, what they give me is subpar. I’ve never had a Dunkin that wasn't satisfactory because it’s not that hard to provide. We’re not asking them to cook a full course meal or anything, so they shouldn’t be screwing up a simple sandwich every single time. This is the first Dunkin to make me feel sick.

service is really slow with few workers working and they were very rushing. the food was okay. i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and the bacon was a little under cooked but then again i like mine crispy. ambiance was okay could have been better.

How in the heck can you mess up a toasted bagel? I'll tell you how! First and foremost serve an old stale bagel and then over toast it. I'm telling you, I couldn't even bite into it, it took 3 attempts. Sooo disappointed! Back in the day Dunkin use to have good bagels, not sure if it's just this location or if it's just a bad day, but from now on, I'll just stick to their donuts or nothing at all; the problem with that is, not even the donuts are baked fresh on premises anymore. In my opinion they haven't been the same since we stopped seeing the commercials with the guy who use to say "It's time to make the donuts...." I also think when they just did a few things they were great! Now they're trying to do everything and falling short on the quality.

I ordered lots of stuffs for my work at 5:30am to pick up at 6:15am this morning worth as ~$79 because this place is a 24 hour store 1. They forgot my 1 dozen of doughnuts 2. I found I had missing items after I arrived at my office in NY 3. I spoke with the only worker there, Fatima and was told by her “you should call your credit card company to get refund for missing item.” 4. She blamed the other coworker who was not there, even though she handed to me the bag and blamed me didn’t check all items there. I orders 6 different items, 40+ bakery items 5. She added she doesn’t know anything and just work there and I should call back tomorrow to talk to the manager 7. Food quality is far below standard. Bagels were like a stone. I couldn’t make slice with a knife they provided 8. They separated all the bakery items into several dunkin paper bags instead of boxes and then in a large paper bag. All muffins are smashed and squeezed on the bottom of the bag and broke into crumbles….I can add more even after one time short visit…You can experience the worst in this place: the worst customer service, rudeness, and poor quality of food… From a $79 worth lessen today, I won’t come back this place.

bad dunkin ever! zero stars because dunkin ruined my day. if u did that one thing i would give 5 stars it was my aunt's birthday you know. she is so speical to me also u made my dad stress mad and angry because of that dunkin. i hope u learn something dunkin. i don't like dunkin anymore! i like krispy kreams more than dunkin. never going to that place again. you almost made me go to that dunkin and brake everything! who ever is working in dunkin i would me so mad at them. when i grow up i am going to try everything except dunkin donut here iswhat my brother will say.(i want to screch the walls) see he said it is bad. from a girl named someone. i can not say it
