Best paninis ever! Friendly staff. Food is always delicious and fresh. I wish they were open later but I understand their hours. I could eat here everyday. Prices are reasonable. $9-13 for a panini. Not bad prices as it lasts me usually for two meals (depending on how hungry I am, and if I can stop myself from scarfing the whole sandwich down because it is so delicious it can be hard to stop myself).

This is my go to sandwich shop. OMG they are so delicious it’s not even funny. Their Italian pleasure is by far my favorite sandwich. The sunrise is a close second. I always get their sandwiches in panini form. The size of the sandwich is a good size and can usually last me for lunch and dinner or lunch and lunch the next day. I’m currently pregnant so I have to stay away from these two delicious sandwiches (have to stay away from deli meat and Brie is not recommend sadly?) but they have plenty of other options. I basically get their sunrise with mozzarella instead. I love their honey mustard dressing it is so good. They have a lot of other options and they have several vegetarian options which are also delicious. I brought a sandwich to my boss in westchester and she loved it so much she has me pick up several sandwiches at least once a month for her. I haven’t had their bento boxes so I can’t comment on those. My boss also likes their juices. I have only had their fresh squeezed orange juice which is so fresh and tastes so delicious. I usually order from their website which makes or quick and easy pick up. They have always been very friendly to me and service has always been spot on, even when ordering at the store.

Everything is fresh and delicious ... every time !! I get the Morning Mushroom Wrap probably 3 times a week. It is SO good !! Reasonably priced and keeps me full until mid-afternoon. Chicken salad, tuna salad, grilled chicken with roasted veggies, sushi ... all great !! They have smoothies and protein shakes made to order. Fresh cut fruit is available, as well. They use only top notch ingredients right down the bread and wraps. They are happy to substitute items or delete items as your request. The friendliest owners and staff ... always happy to see their customers. Many choices here ... give it a try !!

I stopped in this deli to get some lunch. I called in the tuna sandwich and chocolate smoothie. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by a nice man. I gave my name and the food was ready. I paid and left. When I ate, the smoothie wasn't great, and the tuna was ok. It just needed maybe some salt. All in all, I had an ok experience.
They offer fresh sandwiches, and I highly recommend trying their tuna melt & food for life special. Don't miss out on their must-try chocolate protein shake as well!Great place for some quick lunch!

Food for life is the perfect place to go to get a guilt-free meal, snack or drink without having to break the bank. They offer a delicious selection of healthy foods and everything is always so tasty. I love getting the lunch bento box and the smoothies. I also atop by once in a while to get some healthy snacks.

I got the sunrise sandwich. Everything worked really well together. The chicken breast wasnt dry the flatbread was still crispy. I got this to go and the packaging made it warm and not soggy. One knit-pick tho… i wish they had calorie count displayed on their menu because they do advertise their food as healthy.
