The service improved a lot. 1) Their extra spicy flavor is my favorite flavor out of all their flavors. It is one of the few Korean fried chicken restaurant that has that flavor. 2) I recommend the drumsticks, it is the best piece of the chicken. 3) They also have Korean-style hot dogs. Which is excellent.

Got the chicken sandwich spicy however the bun could barely hold the chicken and the bun ripped apart so easily. To be honest, it was more sweet than spicy. However, the fries were good and I'm sure the chicken wings are ten times better than the chicken sandwich.

Only order the fried chicken from here! Do not get the tonkatsu! It was sooooo disappointing. I guess for $10 what do you expect? The portion size and the taste was so whatever. The soy garlic chicken was good though! Would only come back for the fried chicken.

Great chicken in a small place. Nice and crispy. I usually get the popcorn chicken.

Arrived back in my hometown area last night. Flew cross country from Cali. Stop 1 for takeout. Boom Boom. I have been hearing about how yummy this joint is from my family...meanwhile drooling in CA. Finally, had some today for lunch. Ordered a bunch of sides, large and small chicken boxes. Soy garlic and spicy. The chicken is done so well. Crunchy, crispy, well seasoned skin. Juicy and fresh meat. I was also pleasantly surprised that the spicy was only lightly spicy. They offer EXTRA spicy for anyone who likes heat. The food was so good and not greasy. I can see why my family loves this place so much. There's plenty of indoor seating for those who want to dine inside. I prefer "to go". It took about 15 minutes. Everything is freshly prepared. I think I met the owner today. She was so warm and welcoming. Friendly service is so refreshing! ***A few PRO-TIPS: - Punch card - Are you a fan or fanatic? Get rewarded for your large box chicken purchases. After X number of purchases, you will get a small box of chicken for FREE! See my pic. - No delivery. If you need that, use GrubHub, Door Dash. - They have gift certificates! It's not for a dollar value but custom programmed at the price of specific menu items. - Monday - Friday - Nine $10 lunch specials. Amazing value!

I'm used to eating Bonchon chicken and this was a nice change. Their chicken isn't as burning spicy as the spicy Bonchon ones. But Boom Boom has more sugar. They're probably equal bad for you but I really enjoyed Boom Boom. I ordered through Yelp and they were ready in 20 min!

There are many Korean chicken choices around Fort Lee but this place is one of best. Try their spicy and soy garlic sauce, my favorite.

I've tried Pelicana and Bonchon over the years, but I've found that their quality has declined as they've expanded. Fortunately, I came across Boom Boom Chicken on Main Street. The place is small but immaculate. More importantly, the chicken is perfectly fried and flavored. Plus, the lunch specials are a steal. I stop by whenever I'm visiting my parents. I love this place!

The best Korean soy garlic wings in NJ! Pair with their fries is mouth watering! Service is always nice and accommodating.

Solid and affordable place for chicken. I opted for the Chicken Teriyaki, which came with some standard veggies (onion, cabbage, etc.) and white rice. The teriyaki sauce was not as salty as most (in a good way) yet still added a nice flavor, especially to the rice actually. The chicken was cook well, but nothing that special. I came on a Friday night, but it wasn't that busy. The lady at the counter was friendly and the service speed was pretty fast. The interior is kind of small with some seating and is clean. Overall, Boom Boom Chicken isn't going to leave you clucking with joy, but certainly isn't going to ruffle your feathers either. If you're looking for some quick, affordable, and decently tasty chicken, stop by Boom Boom Chicken.

Chicken is good. Typical Korean chicken. Not quite good on timing. Had to wait a bit too long for the food. It ok, it can happen, but not when you're on schedule and told it'll be ready in 15min and end up waiting over 30min.

This place is pretty good, but not worth fighting the traffic on Main Street in Fort Lee. The chicken was well cooked, but could be crispier. The pickled radish us very good and was the perfect accompaniment to the chicken. The sauces were good, but not great. They would be best served on the side.

This was my favorite spot during the pandemic. But since then, price has increase and taste is not as intense anymore. Recently I order their whole chicken and found that I only got one wing and one drumstick. I thought they made a mistake. Didn't think much about it until it happened again the second time. This time I got 3 drumettes and no wing and no drumsticks!! I called them and asked what's going on. The girl said she asked the kitchen and they gave me the whole chicken. (Whole chicken with no wing and drumsticks but 3 drumettes?? What kind of chicken is that?). She said her boss will called me back. Of course no one called me back! Oh well! Time to explore another Korean chicken place.
