We came by today (July 22, 2022) to give it a try and multiple signs say "Temporarily Closed."

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be good. We ordered Black Bean noodles, Spicy Seafood Noodles and Spicy Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. First, the sauce for both noodle dishes were watered down and I can taste the MSG, they put so much. The ingredients were not fresh. They seem to be struggling and the place was pretty empty. I guess if you don't have a thriving business, then you skimp on the ingredients and start serving ingredients that are not fresh. The spicy chicken was soggy because of the sauce poured on and not crispy at all the way it should be. The sauce on the sweet and sour chicken was ok and that was the best dish. I wish they would stop pouring the sauce on the chicken but serve it on the side! It makes everything soggy. It was also a lot of breading with not a lot of meat. Overall, this place is not worth your money. No wonder why there was merely one other patron there. Additionally, service is beyond terrible. The server was actually controlling. When we wanted spicy dishes, she kept asking if we can handle it, about 4-5 times. It got very annoying, very fast. We also asked for hot tea and she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and kept asking if we REALLY wanted the hot tea. She had already given us ice water which she placed down without us even asking for it and told us to drink that. She did eventually give us hot tea but it was a battle. Save your money and go to all the other great Korean Chinese restaurants in Palisades Park and Fort Lee. This is definitely not one of them. I still have MSG on my tongue hours later.

Noodles with black bean sauce was very bland and noodles were too soft. Convenient location near HanNam grocery.

They gave me foods for my child which I didn't ask or order. They said they are giving them because my child was being nice to parent and being cute. But they charged the food + tip....

My first time here. Always on the lookout for a great Korean-Chinese restaurant. This one is pretty good for the one dish I tried today. It was supposed to only have 2 specific seafood items -- shrimp and sea cucumber. It did have plenty of shrimp but the small size ones. There was not a sea cucumber. Despite this, the dish was still very good. Plenty of squid, a large mussel, a few baby octopus. Octopi? Well seasoned. Next time I want to try the Jajangmyun...a classic dish. Bright and inviting space. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking (large lot). Last but not least, I was extremely impressed with the kind family-like service. Excellent staff. I ordered through Grub Hub, and like my other last few orders, GH is being glitchy. Apparently, this restaurant received my order at noon and fulfilled it then. When I arrived at 5:45 pm, they were puzzled by my tardiness. But I wasn't late. GH did not notify the restaurant of my requested order fulfillment time. The owner didn't want me to have cold food so he re-prepared my food. That extra care touch was appreciated and made quite the impression on this new customer. Well done. So 4 stars though there wasn't a single sea cucumber in my sea cucumber dish.

I picked up jjajang myun many times from here, it’s pretty good and the price is really cheap. The noodle is chewy and the sauce is a bit on the sweeter side. They have sausage so a little different from other regular places. The staff are nice and friendly. ?

Noodle with spicy seafood- gooooood, I liked it. Noodle with black bean sauce - too sweet for me. So next time I will order noodle with spicy seafood only.

The best service and food in person experience. They were such a kids friendly place. Love to go back and now on this will be my go to yammy Jjangmyun place.

Came here for lunch. Ordered a combo with 2 noodles with black bean sauce and the fried chicken with garlic sauce. The chicken was really tasty. The noodles were good but the sauce was very watery and sweet.

Jajiangmen: too salty. Sauce too wateryJjangpong: too little seafood. Not fully cooked. Also Ordered jaeyok and kanponggi.Overall, all food are not exceptional. They are too blend. It’s like a grade of C. Nothing stands out in taste. If you found a recipe online and tried to make it yourself, then this is what it would taste like.

My 2nd time here this week. Once for lunch and now for dinner. Not sure and rather confused what the poor reviews are about because both times I had delicious food. I usually get the combo set, jja jang myeon and jjambbong with sweet and sour pork or the shrimp.. I even waited a little bit longer because they were adamant about making my shrimp crispy. Yummy hot crispy shrimp, droooool! Prices are the best and the charming owner and auntie who served us were so kind and nice-- and i even witnessed them being so sweet to a dad who brought his 3 kids in for lunch this past weekend. Check it out, same mall strip where hanam is.

I ordered a pick up today and while I was eating this jjambong a bug came out. I called the restaurant and spoke with owner Billy, he said he is willing to give me a store credit to have me order one jjambong next time. I told him there will not be a next time. SUPER YUCKY!! By the way, the soup and jajangmmyun tastes less than midiocre and bit more expensive to other places. Last thing I need to mention is I ordered seafood soup and it should have named onion soup with fly because it was all about the onion and special with a fly with few missing legs.
