Updating my review to reflect that their wings are not consistent, service was subpar, and food outside the wings was below average. First time wings were great, second and third time super average- below average. I expect better at that price point, they came out dry and I suppose over fried? It was super dead but My server spent most her time on her phone and had to be flagged down every time. Bad service all around. I probably wouldn't come unless it happy hour or if I'm really craving wings but then again there are a bunch of fantastic wing places around fort lee I'd rather go to instead.

This has been one of our top happy hour spots prior to the pandemic. Only recently we decided to come back for their specials which you CAN NOT beat. Service is fantastic. The same staff from prior to the pandemic are still here!For the drink menu, scan the barcode they have. It is not the same as what is shown on their main website.Spicy soy garlic wings/ medium boneless are both good options. Try the mango habenero sauce on the side if they have it.One complaint, which is unianimous amongst our group, the fries suck. PLEASE switch to something else, these are cafeteria fries no matter how you dress them lol.Pro tip: park undergroundParking: From palisades ave side when you make the turn into the plaza entrance, immediately on the left there's an entrance to the underground parking.

Beware - left my wallet while sat at the bar here (my fault) and called the next day. They had my wallet. Went to pick it up and all of my credit cards and my ID was missing. Waitress let slip that the bartender chased after me when I left to give me my wallet back - so it seems like there wasn’t much time for another customer to go through it before it was in the possession of a staff member. Coincidentally, the card I used to pay at the bar and an expired card were not taken?. I wonder why they would leave those cards. Surely someone would just take all of them or maybe even the whole wallet. At best, thief’s go to this restaurant at worst the staff can’t be trusted. I’ll let you make your own mind up on that one.

Never coming back here. There was a short black haired Caucasian floor manager that was just awfully rude to one of the waitresses and it put me in a bad mood as soon as i saw that. To top it off, I saw her a grab a customer's order of fries, take a bite out of the fry, throw it back in the basket and handed it to a customer. How DISGUSTING can you be. If you can, go somewhere else.

What happen to this place? It’s was so much better when it was wing factory, me and my families use to live this place.they serve us sweet potato fries and gave us catchup for dipping sauce what happen to tangy honey? Serve us loaded nacho for appetizer but forgot to give us plates and utensils, I got to go get up and get it on the next table, our server never came back check on us not till we almost done on our meal, they also forgot to serve our garlic parmesan fries, the chicken wings is good but not as good as before, the star is for the strong drink they serve me.

If only negative stars could be given. We were frequent patrons to this place (from when it was wing factory) but we will not be returning. Disgusted by the whole experience is an understatement. We arrived shortly after they opened (Sunday lunch) and were the only people there. They barely turned lights on and staff looked miserable to be there, and tables were all sticky. Staff took order quickly thankfully but we got the wrong order. Since the food took so long to come out, I didn't even bother to correct because we had our baby and don't have time to wait another 20-30 min for them to correct my food. It felt like the staff was trying to make the setting as depressing as possible so that people wouldn't go. There was even another guest that arrived and left right after being seated. Service was absolutely horrible to the point we couldn't even get the check. In general staff should be prompt but I would think them seeing us have a baby they would have been a bit more considerate with our time. We packed up and headed for the door and literally have to almost walk out before the staff noticed so we could pay our bill at the counter. Truly unfortunate how this place has become. We had been there once a few weeks back and similar service, but decided to give another chance but really can't justify returning.

The food does taste good. Parking is great. I think the price of food is a bit on the high side for what you get. Service is inconsistent. Staff does not always know how to change the channel of the TVs.

Visited this place after googling places in Fort Lee to have a drink. Do not think I have ever seen this place before and it's really nice. Ample seating with a rustic feel that makes its name appropriate. A simple menu (not too complicated) with great food items. I had to try the chicken wings and they were great! Will definitely be visiting again to try other items on the menu. Thanks to our bartender Amanda whose service was terrific! She was so friendly and provided us with alot of information.
Our burgers too over 40 minutes and all the staff kept saying was how busy it is but our order should have gone in before it got crowded. The people next to us who came 30 minutes after us got their food before us. Not sure where the manager is. Ownership change? Prices are very high. Screens nice but not worth the aggravation.

I was hopeful, but disappointed. The boneless chicken wings were plain old dried out cutlets. When I called to say they gave me the wrong chicken the person who answered the phone told me that's how they make their boneless wings. Once and done.

Typica sport bar with good selection of draft beers. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Will comeback occasionally for beers with friends.

Has gone really down hill since the last time we went. The drinks and food were disappointing. Didn't know French fries could taste bad but these were stale and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Used to be one of our favorite places but probably won't be going back.
