Always get order wrong, i stopped going to them for 2 years decided to give a try again and the bagel is stale. There’s plenty of better bagel stores in the area. They are also not accompanying at all

I gave them two stars because the bagels are fresh, but that’s it. My experience with this establishment is when placing an order they do not LISTEN INTENTLY and end up giving you what they “think” you said. On two occasions in one week I’ve gone in and placed orders to go, only to get home and the order is wrong, not only are they wrong but a lot of times if you specify certain things like “not too much butter” it’s completely disregarded. Looking at some other reviews I see this is a recurring problem. If you like walking away and feeling like you got “GOT” by the bagel shop, by all means come here!

Great bagels and bialys. So popular they often run out of everything bagels. Sometimes they get the order slightly wrong for delivery, like putting on lettuce instead of onion, but they're really nice people and it's easy to forgive them. Don't get five stars because of that and the fact that they don't fully scramble eggs. The white and yellow are not totally mixed. Need to beat eggs in a bowl until fully mixed and then cook!

I posted the menu with pricing, hope this helps. You just walk in order and they make it per request. You cannot park right in front of the store but there are meter parkings right across the street. And they really open at 6am as I walked in at 6:08 and able to order and receive all I needed, except they forgot to add tomato on one of my bagel. But taste was great!

My order is always the same,which I make once a week in person: Everything bagel,scooped and toasted, nova,vegetable cream cheese with tomatoes, capers and onions.Simple,right?Nooooo!Today,no tomatoes, onions,capers.Last week,bagel not scooped.Week before,bagel not toasted.Really?

Literally had a cockroach run right down the wall as I was putting sugar and cream in my coffee! Never again! Idk how they passed inspection?
Business 101 be on time Open your business on time or get no business. Used to be open at five never opened on time now posted 6 AM LOLLOL buddy there's two other bagel place in town that are open on time and that's where I'm going shame on you

They say they open 7daus but often close. Covid can't be an Excuse. They are just lazy? I would call before I go. But I'll not go bc I don't like their food in general and don't like their business additive.
