I received a promotion and it’s bitter sweet. My life has gotten better but my route to work has changed and I no longer get to see the people at this location anymore. They were always on point and because of that, a great part of every day. Gonna miss this crew. But every chance I get, if I’m in the area, I’ll be passing by for my complicated iced caffe latte order lol Love them there.

I was there on 2.13.24 around 2 pm and the lady at the drive thru really just made my day. There aren’t enough words to say. I wish I would have gotten her name but the conversation we had and the well wishes she gave me really touched my mama heart and I wish there were more ppl like her In this world. The people here are very u pleasent to deal with in the early morning. I bring my own cup and I rinse it before I give to them. They said they couldn't fill it unless it was clean and dry. None of the other Starbucks give me this issue. Also they are always making a mess putting the coffee in the cup when I went before. Some of the coffee spills on my work clothes.

My son and I went to drive thru, my son ordered after pulling away, I had no idea they sold brownies, when we pulled up to pay we asked if the two brownies can be added. The lady asked (how I wish I had taken her name) oh you would have to drive back to the intercom & place a new order (weird). Fine, we drove back around just so she can tell us that they ran out of brownies. She couldn't tell us that before. I mean seriously!!!!

I had been to this Starbucks few times at the past.And I always want to sit down and enjoy the ambiance here. High ceilings, and airy flow of the space; store always makes me feel contemporarily updated and all well maintained.I took much more time to decide what I fancy for the moment, though the barista was patiently waiting for me right in front of the cashier. Not that I praise or encourage this, but he waited for me without any negative vibe or gave me attitude. I thought it was very professional.

Location is a bit odd, made for the morning commute crowd. If you go in and order it can take a while for anyone to notice you are even there, definitely focused on the drive through, but the drinks are made
