Forgot a $30 item from my to-go order that I picked up myself. I was assured many times by the host that all items were present and accounted for. Yes, it’s also my fault for not doing a visual scan, but with my car double parked outside, I was in a rush and the host’s verbal affirmation was the best I could do at the time. I called when I got home and discovered the error but they were unwilling to assist with a refund or credit of any kind, even after they acknowledged their error in forgetting to hand me an entire bag of food.

Just ordered their Baden Baden chicken. Wow! Just like the original. Not sure if you sheltered millennials remember that place but it served the best chicken around. Their version is just as good, if not better.

The portion sizes here are insane! The menu is very overwhelming at first because there are endless options. My friend and I ordered jajjangmyun and the tonkatsu Omelette rice and we were stuffed - the food was good, too! We got everything to go and the restaurant was kind enough to wrap everything individually so nothing would spill AND they even went the extra mile by including a bag with a complimentary water bottle and mask, along with a little note for the holidays. I really appreciated their service, especially for orders to go.

The food was okay but their professionalism as a restaurant needs improvement. Rather than accepting their mistakes (and i don't know, calling me and explaining the situation?) they just cancelled the order with some bogus excuse saying that the food cannot be prepared. I immediately ordered again with the correct price and the food was delivered right away. Very disappointed how they handled the situation.

First and foremost the food here is super delicious! The interior is really nice, modern, and pretty vast. There's a lot of seating so even with Covid I don't think the limited dining should be an issue. We went around mid afternoon with not a lot of people so service was extremely fast and attentive and the food came out at a timely manner, not too fast nor slow. There were a lot to choose from as the menu is pretty dynamic and had a wide variety of different soups, stews, and even cuisines. The dining experience was great, you're either offered hot or cold water and complimentary salads with your meal. The budaejjigae was BOMB and they weren't stingy with the meat. After our meal, we were given complimentary desserts which were the perfect end touch to the whole experience. I would 10/10 recommend!

This restaurant has amazing food especially the jokbal and nengmyun. Currently only doing Korean and Chinese food, but they still have the plus set for lunch and dinner. With the weather starting to get cold, my family and I were looking for indoor dining. They did a great job spacing the tables more than 6ft apart and the staff are wearing face masks and gloves. I will definitely come back here again to try Chinese food.
