So we here last nite for one came in waiting for two others the guy waiter was rude he said hurry and order we stop serving at ten it was 8:55 I proceed to get the food for meat not cook should take five minutes he comes and gives me the meat to cook okay after order different things he then proceeds to bring out triple the trays of meat I wanted I told him I didn’t order that take it back come to the check the other waiter guy comes to us take the credit card comes back and says that oh I charged the wrong thing let me have the card back okay he charges there is a extra almost 200 dollars on my card now and he takes the receipt back saying we can’t keep the voided copy he made my husband sign it last nights experience was horrible we come often never this problem and came a few times around this time and never a issue horrible service staff guys were rude the Spanish guy was very nice

The worst dining experience I can remember. Zero service. Had to wait for a long time for service. Got orders wrong twice. Had missing dishes. Had to get our own water from the refrigerator, our own napkins, never removed old dirty plates and we cooked everything ourselves and because it was a large group, they charged us $65 for gratuity. If I could rate 0 I would. May as well stayed at home and cook and save a ton of money.

The owner or the manager are the honest person I've ever met in my life I'm paying my bill not knowing the tip are included already he approached me saying I need to cross out the tip. Tip.is included what an honest man God bless you sir. Food are service are excellent too.
The service is getting worse.They included the tip in the bill and then tried to trick me into tipping less, so I almost ended up paying a double tip. It wasn't a group and there were 4 adults and 2 children.I wonder how long I've been acting like a brat like this... I often go to this place whenever I think of tripe, but I really don't have any reason to go anymore.

Got fraud charged at this place. Got overcharged 2x for what I should've paid for the meal + tip. When I called to get it disputed they wanted me to come in (30 minute drive from my place) to get the overcharge refunded or for me to give them my card info over the phone to get it refunded (crazy because how can I trust them after they committed fraud?). Never go here please.
NEVER GO GOT TIP FRAUD, Can't believe they have the audacity to change all of our tips to 100%. Happened to all 4 of us, so definitely not an accident. No signs of apologies and even asks for the card numbers via phone? They have been doing this for some time for sure.

Service was terrible our waiter never came to our table, one of the other workers took our orderthe waiter never even looked at our direction and told us to stop cooking the meat until he changed the grill but he never came to change the grills once.When we did order the food with the busboy it took another 20-30 minutes for the meat to come out.I don’t know if they were being racist because we aren’t korean we are mexican but they were very rudewe watched another party come in after us and order with the waiter that was supposed to take our order. That party got their food immediately and we were still waiting for our food.never coming back here againrather go to cast iron for better service.

Yesterday I went with my family to eat, I had 2 kids that didn’t eat so we told them we weren’t going to pay for them. Ofc I would understand if they said it wasn’t accepted, but they have let us do it a bunch of times. That’s not even the main concern it was the waiters attitude, he was being rude from the start, and we asked him to bring out the manager and the manager wasn’t nice either. He said we don’t know you guys when we explained that they’ve let us not pay for the kids. The hispanic staff knows us from how often we come, and they’re great! The experience wasn’t good, and in august we found a cockroach in a salad, but we didn’t complain at all. (I promise I’m not lying)
