They are worst. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. And then you call to ask for the right items and then treat you as the one in the wrong even when the receipt shows you paid for the item. Manager Marcela has terrible customer service and was super rude. We need corporate to get involved and teach these workers customer service skills and food handling. Disgusting service

Overall a solid fast food experience. The food came out exceptionally fast even though I had made a customized order. I like ordering from the kiosks and then just picking up the food when ready. Diet Coke tasted a little off from one of the machines but that was minor as the other one tasted right.

I ordered spicy chicken meal and asked for no salt on the fries, but they didn’t see it and when i ate the fries, i could feel my blood pressure rising from all that salt.

Wendy's is good but not this location. Rude screaming lady takes orders doesn't understand any questions. She only understands and talks back menu items. Once they forgot salt in fries. Another time, hamburger tasted bitter due to dry giant piece of letters. 2 guys at payment window too busy talking and laughing to each other can't even make eye contact with customer annoyed to be interrupted about receipt.

This minimum wage workers think that everything has to move a million miles per hour and they make everything so much harder than it needs to be. Instead of taking a break to actually listen to what you need or what the problem is they just disregard and you’re stuck with wrong orders and missing orders. It’s ridiculous. Ordering with the mobile app is too hard of a concept for them to execute here so if you want to avoid waiting 15-20 mins just on a mobile order go inside, but still be prepared to deal with incompetence.

Me and my brother were in the drive through ordering a biggie bag, with a small chili. All of a sudden while we were ordering, we experience poor customer service and attitude from the worker who was taking our order. The worker repeatedly spoke with attitude and disrespect. Saying “Hurry up”’ “is enough” “can you order”.

First of all, when I ordered through the mobile app, they didn't have the order ready even though I ordered 15 minutes prior. Not only that, the employees told me wait at the corner then forgot about me for another 15 minutes. Never in my life did I have to call to check up on my order for a drive thru. She gave me attitude to pull up to the window when she literally said wait at the corner. So, I pulled up to the window to receive my food and right before I drove off the bag said the wrong name. It's almost like I told them my name two times. The sheer level of incompetence left me speechless. This has to be the worst Wendys in the entire franchise.
