I just tried to order the food over the phone and since this is my first time ordering the food there she hardly gave any details that I was looking for and she said I will have to order soon and she got a call while I was ordering and she just disconnected my call that was very rude and disrespectful. Am I not a customer for her? I didn’t feel good and don’t want to order as well.

Food is delicious! Fresh from the kitchen, nothing is pre cooked and kept. The hydrabadi chicken curry, butter chicken, palak panir, chicken seek kebabs, homemade chapatis (rotis) were amazing. Definitely a must try and a regular spot for some of us.

Our attempt to address this issue was met with a lack of seriousness and inadequate response.Emphasizing the significance of hygiene, it's fortunate that the incident didn't lead to an emergency situation. As regular patrons who have repeatedly chosen this place for our party catering, we sincerely hope for a substantial improvement in their safety practices.We remain optimistic that they will address these concerns, allowing us to continue enjoying their otherwise amazing culinary offerings.Update on 4/6/2024 after seeing owners response.The order of biryani was meant for takeaway, not for dining in – this is an important detail to clarify.Moreover, the response we received was more of a recognition of the error than an apology. The explanation given was that the metal piece might have originated from cleaning materials. This was somewhat dismissed, and although a replacement was offered, it didn't convey genuine remorse for what could have been a serious error.
