Have been here many times. A very cozy ho.e feeling. Staff very helpful also checking ifvyou need anything. Portions are large. Food is very good. Had blueberry pancakes full of fresh blueberries. So good. Will keep going. Try it stop in.

Slow service, good food, rude waitress. Waited an hour for our meals; when we made a statement about that fact she began ignoring us while simultaneously making snide comments under her breath around the restaurant. Threw the bill on the table without saying a word, so we paid and left. Too bad, seemed like a nice place.

Small little roadside diner... Stopped in for breakfast earlier today. It's very small inside. With only about 12 tables. They actually have a tent outside with another 7 or 8. We arrived a little after 11 and caught this place at a good time. For her, the French toast special. Lemon pound cake with mixed berries. I went for the home made corned beef hash & eggs. Portions are very large here. Actually had leftovers when we left. Coffee is excellent and strong. If you find your way in North western NJ on a weekend check them out. Service was a little slow. Believe they only have 2 servers & a single cook. Prices are very reasonable. For the two of us cost was about $25. Enjoy

The young lady at the counter was great - Friendly professional service. We had the fried eggs with the cornbeef hash and it was Great! The coffee was good too. Also, the property is located in a beautiful area where you can eat at the outside tables or eat in your car either way you'll get a great view.Carlos

Food is fantastic, the people are ALWAYS fabulous. Walk in and immediately feel as though you are part of the family. We always leave ridiculously full and happy.

Terrible cook. I came this past weekend. Your waitresses were great but we waited over an hour to get food. People who came in after us got served before us. We ended up asking for the food to go, paying and we waited in the car. Thinking it wasn't going to be that much longer but it was another 20 min then we came back in and got a refund. We got the most simple food and it took way too long.

If you haven’t eaten here you’re missing out. My boyfriend and I love going here for Sunday brunch. By far the best home fries I’ve ever eaten. And if you’re gluten free Mark goes above and beyond. We’ve even gone for dinner and it was amazing. A must try cafe!
This is the Cutest little Cafe I’ve been to in quite awhile. I live in Newton and don’t come this way much, I’m so glad I stopped today! The waitress was sweet and the food was fantastic. Great local stop!

Mark, the proprietor goes above and beyond. The food is fresh and flavorful and the portions are generous. Everything is made from scratch. As to prices, there have been times that I negotiated the price up because he didnt charge enough.This is a small eatery that makes country living enjoyable.
