This place sucks. Please please don't order from this store. Delivery is terrible, currently on hold to get out money back seeing that our pizza isn't here yet. The delivery girl called me and we told her where we were. I saw her leaving our parking lot while I was on the phone with her and she said okay and hangs up and leaves. Then wouldn't answer the phone. Then she called back from the wrong location again and told me to call the store. I called the store and they put me on hold because they couldn't contact the delivery driver. Been on hold now for 15 min. Horrible

The manager would not refund me for messing up my order. They didn't deliver everything that I paid for and wouldn't do anything about it. They offered to give a free drink on the next order which makes no sense. How would they keep of track that? Won't be ordering from this location ever again. The staff are not helpful at all and the delivery drivers don't care they handle your stuff either.

I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas but when I received it it had only 1 topping. One of the pizzas just had olives, not sure why they thought it would be ok... I tried calling them to see why it happened and they told me they were out of the topping and when i asked why they didn't call to confirm if I wanted another topping so i got a very casual reply yeah we should have but, we just didn't and we can't do anything about it either and to top it off the Garlic bread was uncooked#Pizza dinner date ruined

Delivery is always very terrible. Pizzas were on top of each other. Half the pizza of the handmade pans were crushed into corner of the box. Extremely ridiculous customer service they don't even care about your complain or concern. Never ordering delivery from here ever again. Took the delivery over an hour. I was tracking the delivery person and they went all around town before reaching my house and the shop is only 8 minutes away

They make wrong orders which they dont want to fix.
Worst Place. I ordered 2 topping pizza and I could barely see onion/olives. When I complained, the guy had an audacity to tell me that he could see onions. This has been the case for my past few order. I reported to Corporate too but it seems they also know this one is on their TO be Closed list of stores. Employees behave as if they are doing a favor by making the pizza and offering free..

Lousy pizza. Pizzas were dry and tasteless. Ordered xtra cheese on both, but it was skimpy at best. One pie had no sauce and the pan pizza had very little. Discounted price was $17 for both, but not even worth the price of my gas to get there. No more Domino's for me.
