I don't know if was just too early or short staff but I stood at the counter and waited about 2-3 minutes without a hello, good morning please hold a sec I be I'll be with you shortly. Even when I said hello and good morning, no response. Like I said, maybe just not a great morning, but first impressions go a long way.

They gave me a hot coffee when I ordered an Iced. Not only did they give me the hot coffee for free..they gave me My Iced and hashbrowns for free..even after I assured them I was OK with the hot coffee! All with a smile!

For some odd reason every time I place a mobile order I don't always receive everything and then I have to drive back. Usually, I'm not mad but this time I was because as I was receiving the item the cashier was laughing. I don't see what's funny.

Worst customer service. Girl worker slim with eyeglasses look like "she was on something", very irritable, inpatient rude, there is more that I'm not going to mention here. I canceled my 24.60 order and took my family somewhere else. My advise: Stop at another dunking donuts location who will provide better customer service.
