The WOMAN who works behind the counter is very rude. She speaks in Spanish to those around her not knowing who understands Spanish. As i was on the phone trying to get the rest of my co workers order she must of got annoyed. Because once i was ready to order she looked me dead in my eyes and walked away while speaking in Spanish to the cook. She has always been very rude and doesn't realize Becareful while speaking in another language and who you can offend.

The service was awful. The cashier called me like a dog and told me to "come" so she could hand me my food. I was told I would have to wait for my tiramisu and when asked for the wait time she said " it's coming" in one of the most disgusting tones I've ever heard from a service worker in my life. Not to mention I dropped $42 in this restaurant only to be treated like a dog. This is unacceptable do not waste your hard earned money at an establishment that has no regard for their customers.

Ordered Uber eats for dinner at work at 10 pm what a disappointment, burnt cold and when someone orders onions on pizza why the red ones! I didn’t ask for them. I should have called Pizza Hut it would have been better.

Frank's used to my go to Pizza place but tonight is the last night I will ever order from this place. Probably my fault for giving this place so many chances after they made mistakes on 4 of my last orders.I truly did try to keep using them but service and quality has declined unfortunately. There are a lot better pizza places in the area but if you like to gamble on your food Frank's is your place.This was supposed to be Half plain / Half Sausage - Large. Doesn't look Large to me.Also pizza had no flavor and the crust was like a cracker. Totally sucked! Waste of $18. Buyer beware!

Visited on 6 Dec, hopeful for delicious sandwiches. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. There was far more bread than meat. So little meat they could used half of the bread. Second items was Frank's Special with chicken, eggplant, provolone, etc...however what I received was a prosciutto sandwich...the meat was old and thickly sliced. Really disappointed last night.
