Waited in the drive thru for 13 minutes for a taco. They messed up the large order in front of me. The Spanish woman at the drive thru window, is incredibly rude and has no people skills. She shouldn't be working around people. Lazy employees.

I went to the drive through and place an order for a chicken enchilada burrito combo. When I got home after a 15-20 min drive. I found that some of the items in my bags was not what I ordered. I them drove back to tell them I didn't receive what I order and the rest of the food was cold. The manager gonna tell me To calm down people make mistakes. Like really.... I know but at least have the consideration to double check your orders. He was worry about checking my receipt. Another thing, I am a black African American woman and he had the nerve to tell the white woman thank you for being nice. I can't with the place.

Young disrespectful kids working there ever since the old manager left.This location could not find their way out of a brown paper bag. You order burritos you get tacos. They can never get an order right.The amount of people they go through just shows management is horrible here.

I've been here a few times since I moved to this area, I miss my old Taco Bell. This one closes early randomly whenever they feel like it. Their registers and cooking equipment are always broken or need to be cleaned. Any time I've ordered a quesadilla, you can taste the burnt food that is not being cleaned off the grill. The portions are hit or miss and always haphazardly applied. I really hope this Taco Bell can turn itself around cause I love Taco Bell, and if it were to fix these problems, it would be almost a daily meal for me.
Placed an order on app 1 hour before closing. Got to store 45 minutes before closing and the employees told me to contact Taco Bell and get my money back they weren’t serving food. Really with 45 minutes left in the day customers that paid are just beat? This is the worst location I’ve ever been

I had to take my review down to post this photo. For seven dollars, there should be A LOT more food in this crunch wrap Supreme. I ate mostly lettuce. The ONLY meat wad to the left as seen in the picture. I'm curious... is this what my favorite taco bell turned into? Who made this? Whe. You spend money here, no matter the amount, you should be getting what you paid for. I didn't pay for lettuce. I paid for a crunch wrap supreme. I'd rather post it here so you all can see that something is up at this taco bell. Be wary and check your food before you leave!
