Decided to try this place and dine in after reading some not that good reviews about it, and was actually pleased with the food and speed of the service, I was eating my food 5 minutes after finished placing my order, that is honoring "fast food" service.Hamburgers were good and fries were hot,Only thing employees have to keep and walk around the common areas and dispensers more often, as people eating there not always clean after themselves.

Wendys is always ok. I go when I need quick eats for cheap with the $5 biggie bag. Best value among fast food joints. Unfortuately, I take off a star because no one speaks English or has any clue how to input app offers or rewards. If you work for the establishment you should know how to work your POS for offers etc!!!!!

I was disappointed that the soda machine was put of almost everythingThat and it took 10 minutes (no exaggeration) for them to process a coupon for the person in front of us in line.

One of the worst Wendy's I've ever experienced! EVERY time I go to this location, the employees give me a problem. The staff who work here are either stupid, lazy, or careless. Completely unprofessional with bad attitudes. Used to be one of the best Wendy's locations before COVID. But they lost their amazing Italian manager that used to work here before the Pandemic. The new manager is a Haitian/Jamaican type woman who is incompetent and either does not listen to customers or she doesn't fully understand English. Most of the workers need to be fired or re-trained. Poor customer service.

I don’t typically leave a lot of reviews but let me tell you Ms. Wendy has outdone herself each and every time I’ve met her. The biggie bag is the reason I wake up in the morning. That being said I deducted a star because I can never pick up my mobile order via the drive through I always need to walk in. Other than that Wendy herself is the standard ?
