This spa stands out in the cleanliness game, especially if you’re comparing to other spots in NJ and PA. It’s super clean here, more so than most places you might have tried in the area. The sauna’s got the temperature just right. And the cold plunge is legit. It has this great circulation going on, so every dip feels like a proper icy shock – in a good way.So, if you’re looking for a spot that nails the clean vibe and has a sauna and cold plunge that are actually worth your time, this is the place. Also, the restaurant has good food that hits the spot after relaxing in the sauna. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking to refuel.

As a first time visitor, I am upset at a few things. Upon entry, the front desk customer service did not provide any direction whatsoever. It’s not right to those not familiar with this type of facility. Advice - you should ask your patrons if they’ve been here before if you have some rules. I walked out of the locker room barefoot and was told you must wear sandals. We weren’t given explanation of the types of rooms, even though I heard someone getting a short tour later on. Ladies - my sister & I went on a monday at 1pm and we were the only females in here for hours. Seems like a spa for men primarily. We were charged higher prices than what the QR scan menu’s stated. The hot tub had film and hairs all along the sides, even though we went AT opening. The female locker room has hair brushes and little half empty travel size bottles all over. The steam room and saunas were relaxing, but they do fill up very fast. There’s no explanation what to do with the buckets/herbs involved in each. Ordering is weird, the person at the counter just stared and didn’t ask us what we’d like or how they can help. The mushroom soup in clear broth was tasty and they had no problem giving a free water pitcher too. The checking out customer service desk employee was not warm & friendly at all.

Disappointing ExperienceMy friends and I recently visited this spa, hoping for a relaxing time. However, our experience was far from enjoyable, primarily due to a concerning incident involving a missing phone. While relaxing in the hot tub, one of my friends noticed their phone was missing. We approached the manager for assistance, but instead of being helpful, he displayed rudeness and indifference. It felt as though we were being treated as if we had done something wrong by simply reporting the missing item. The manager’s dismissive attitude was disheartening, and his remark that the phone “will show up” was delivered with unnecessary hostility. As we continued to search for the phone, the manager abruptly disappeared, only to return later with a janitor who miraculously found the phone outside. The whole ordeal felt suspicious and poorly handled. Regardless of whether someone had taken the phone or not, basic courtesy and respect should have been extended to us throughout the process.Furthermore, our experience was further soured by the unwelcoming attitude towards outside food and the premature and disrespectful cleaning of our belongings.Overall, our visit to this spa was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of basic courtesy from the staff. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you seek a relaxing and respectful environment.

Not a bad place. Just be aware that the menu prices and what they charge you are two different prices. They overcharge for everything. When we messaged them about it, they said they would refund the difference. It's been a week, no refund. Bad business. Overpriced for entry and no half day prices.

Great place! Good for groups on the upper floor. A bit far from me in NYC but good for a weekend day spa relaxation day. Catered food for groups was also excellent.

Great place, but there's always something wrong. it's the juice machine doesn't work or the cold plunge doesn't work or the sauna doesn't work properly or not enough towels. Always something. if you can get past that, it's a nice little spot to hang out.

Honestly, it's a relaxing place. Really chill people. You will most likely have someone to talk to in the sauna rooms... the pricing is good. The food and service are good.

Do you want to know what the millionaires are doing? They are living the good life and bio hacking. These are the kind of places that bring together all you need to pamper yourself. At the end of the day your soul will thank you for coming here. Clean facilities and the friendliest staff closes the deal. The Steam room followed by cold plunge will freeze your stress away! Salud!!

Needs improvement: There is no lights inside of saunas, no warm water in the showers (you have to go home dirty to take a warm shower). It's dangerous in the american steam room for a couple of reasons (absolutly dark, buckets on the floor, abandoned towels). There is a poor assortment of teas and small stuff for teas (like jam , sugar and a peace of hard bread (sushki)). There are people touching your own stuff as (we brought a broom and people used like it is their own). One of their soups called Uha is not good, it has a bunch of bones. We love banya, but this place needs more attention to details. It has some good stuff too: good lockers and way to walk, so many dinner tables, good jacuzzi.
