This place is great. My only complaints are feeling overwhelmed by the menu and not having coffee syups. I got three donuts, and the Queen B donuts were both innovative and amazing. It made me wish I had gotten more. The staff were very friendly and kind, helping me navigate the menu as well as the patient. The coffee was solid. Can't wait to come back and get more donuts.

Ordered platter for Christmas Eve. The donuts were stale and variety of toppings was minimal. I did call the store spoke with a manager and sent her pictures, her response " the platter should not have gone out like that. I will forward that to the people that decorate"That's it...no coupon, no stop in again we will make right. No reason for me to return.
Delicious donuts, a bit pricey but good for a special treat.

Honestly not a great experience either with the donuts or with the store. This was my first time trying after reading all the reviews. The donuts were very dry. Absolutely didn't feel or look fresh. Didn't seem like donuts, more like bread. The lady at the register was not very welcoming, pretty rude I would say. I understand everyone is trying to do their best they can, but all you can do is SMILE. But the lady who handed my order was pleasant.There were 2 people after me in the line, but they got their order while I was still waiting. More than 15 mins to just get a dozen donuts, not busy hour at all.

We just found out my daughter has celiac and were recommended to come here. Now I’ve had their regular donuts before but my daughter and husband both enjoyed the gluten free options. So many options available for celiac and vegans. I’m thrilled we found a donut spot my daughter and husband can enjoy!!
