2/21 ordered burrito bowl with white rice grilled chicken and cheese the can was horrible no flavor. I emailed 2/22 the day after and no ones gotten back to me. I believe 2 weeks is long enough for response . poor customer

We had never been to a Bubbakoo’s Burritos location before, but my sister wanted to eat something other than American food, and we were going to the mall, so we found this place. It reminded us of a Chiptole/Moes, where they make the food in front of you, but honestly, this was a lot better than Chiptole and Moes. First of all, the value of the food is incredible because of the amount of food you get. The food was also delicious and prepared pretty quickly. I got a quesadilla with shredded chicken, and it was PACKED with meat and cheese. Out of the three people in my party, we got one combo which came with our choice of curly fries. We struggled to eat our meals AND share the one order of curly fries. In fact, I think the quesadilla could have really been two meals on its own. The food was very flavorful, and there are a lot of different options for making your food. The people working were awesome and super nice. I definitely would come back to visit again!

Won’t be back to this location. I work in the plaza and I have been a long time customer of the point pleasant location. Today I visited on my break which I ordered a chiwawa. When I got to the register and she ran my card - I asked how to input this into the rewards. There was a language barrier and she got her supervisor. The supervisor was then confused. I just asked for the receipt which I will handle myself.Then I realized that she charged me $2.75 for nacho cheese on a chiwawa. I explained to him that chiwawa comes with nacho cheese - queso is an upcharge. He pointed at the portion of the menu where it states that it’s an upcharge, however, if he knew his product - a chiwawa is a “cheesy rice ball smothered with cheese”. So I pulled up the location on the app and showed him how online it does not have an upcharge on nacho cheese for a chiwawa (whereas a burrito was). I was very frustrated at this point because if he would’ve told me it’s an upcharge before placing it on my entree - we wouldn’t have this issue.Other than that, I got back and the meat on my entree was inedible. Entire staff tried it - don’t worry we all will avoid this location. The location also is very dirty- like you have to wipe your own table to sit. Register area disgusting as well.Anyways, If your still reading this- get Qdoba down the road.

Thought we were going to new one on 537 in Freehold which was amazing a few days ago when we stopped in there. This place is...woah. I wish I read the previous negative comments. They unfortunately were spot on. Food looked old and tasted stale. Flys everywhere. Place needs a thorough cleaning first and then a regular daily cleaning program. Vibe was weird too. Walked in, no other customers in restaurant. It was veey warm inside. Either AC was off or not working which to me is a bad sign either way. TVs on but normal energetic music was off. Dead quiet. Worker had earbuds so he probably didn't care. I commented about it so he turned it on. This seemingly alerted a crew in the back to come out and help with our order (3 people) and the party of 6 that came in right behind us. Overall, unless you burn the food or it's old, you can't screw that part up. But they did. Unless you don't clean regularly, the place gets grungy which it was. There was an employee making a meal and eating out in the dining area while we were there which is odd since another review said same thing. So who's running this place or who doesn't care that it is being run so poorly?

The combination of perfectly seasoned meats, fresh vegetables, and delectable toppings created a mouthwatering symphony of tastes. The portion size was generous, satisfying my hunger completely. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience. DO NOT GO HERE! Normally, I don’t write reviews but I go to Bubbakoo’s almost weekly and this location is cheap with their food portions, and after ordering my Sriracha ranch on the side the owner tried to charge me five dollars for queso. Said that if I got my sauce on my bowl he won’t charge me. Very rude and always looking to overcharge. Go to any other location if you’re in the mood for Bubbakoo’s. If you do go here, make sure they are not overcharging you.Edit after reply: The only reason he didn’t charge me for the Sriracha ranch was because I called him out for trying to charge me $5 for queso. I have never experienced any other location charge for sauce on the side.
Most of the other Bubbakoo’s Burritos have been fantastic! They have had great, delicious, healthy food, warm and friendly service, etc. As a health care worker and first responder, I have had a 20% discount (I tip the difference - that way everyone wins). At this location the server was good, but when the Owner went to ring me up he wanted to charge me full price. I may have been wearing my scrubs and lab coat for the heck of it, instead of responding to patients with possible Pulmonary Embolisms or Heart Attacks, so I pulled out my work ID, I stood there for about 20 seconds, then I mentioned the healthcare discount. He begrudgingly decided to give me a 5% discount. So if you want excellent service, avoid the Freehold one like the plague. Instead go to the location at Wall, or at Shrewsbury. You will be glad you did!!
