Went through the drive through. Order 2 large DR. peppers when we got to the window they confirmed 2 root beers. We said no and they gave us aditude claiming we lied and said we ordered 2 root beers. They slammed the window and said have a nice day.

Wish they had people that understand English when you order!! How many times do I need to tell the girl chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich with cheese and a medium sprite no meal!!! And I really don't understand how that all came to $18, I'd get it if it was a meal but single items! Plus she also charged me for fries that I never ordered!! Will NEVER go back, at least McDonald's got it together better!!

Great friendly service. The man at the drivethru was super nice and accommodated our wacky special order. Everything was prepared fresh and we didnt mind the few extra minutes it took. Food was hot and fresh. Not sure why there would be any negative comments on this BK. Everyone there is always nice and helpful. Food is always hot and good.

I came to the drive thru after a very rough day where I was greeted by the manager, Sean, who was overly talkative, asking too many questions about my personal life and making me overall extremely, extremely uncomfortable. He made sure to let me know he always works night shifts (for what reason I don’t know like I don’t care?) When he gave me my food he also made an attempt to hit on me while I was on the phone with my fiancé. I was disgusted. I basically lost my appetite at that point. As a manager, that is extremely disturbing, disrespectful, and unsafe. Will not be coming here again due to the unbearable conversation at the window. I am shocked that someone in charge would think that is acceptable.

Workers are rude and refused to give my children toys for kids meal and it was my daughter's birthday. Unbelievable. Thought the customer was always right. Not at this burger King after I spent 50.00 on my 3 kids and my wife. Never

If i could give zero stars i would horrible customer service! Martha who is supposed to be the manager has an attitude for no reason! They need to retrain management on better customer service! Rushing us out the way and was mad because she got our order wrong! Didn’t even take my food i took my money back and left!
