“Our doorbell wasn't working and we didn't know. Because Romeos only hires exceptional people, our driver called us 2 times and sat in the driveway in 30 degree weather to make sure we got our food. These folks are doing it right and everyone should take notes.“
“The place itself is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. The food is FRESH and DELICIOUS. 100% recommend the cheeseburger--so juicy and a good size for the price, too. Also the onion rings were perfectly crispy on the outside without being greasy or soggy. Love this place!“
“Went to Charleys today, and got a Bacon 3 Cheesesteak with the original combo, and I can’t even put into words how amazing the cheesesteak was. The cheese fries were okay, and there is also lemonade, iced tea, and soda. The slushee machine was temporarily broken, but that’s ok. Good job, Charleys :)“
“Edit: They called me back and apologized and explain that the online ordering system was messed up. So good customer service on there part happy that they made things right with my order. Original review: WARNING if you order on slice or online for delivery the online system will mess your phone number up. So I wasn’t sure how many stars to leave because my order was technically messed up. I always order from here and usually for pickup since it’s so close and I had delivery maybe once or twice. I live in an apartment place with a locked front entrance so you usually meet delivery drivers at the door. They will usually call and I go to meet them at the front door. It was an hour and I had not received a call nor my order so I called to ask about my order. When I called they said that they had called me and I did not answer. I asked what number they called and the online order system messed up the first 3 digits of my phone number. The phone number was correct on my end but was messed up on theirs. They apologized for the mistake and re sent the delivery guy back. And I received the food quickly and thankfully it wasn’t too cold. But maybe no more delivery for me and only pick up.“
