What happened to Eli's Bagels??? They were in the Party Fair shopping center my whole life and well before. Believe it or not, this tiny bagel shop was one of a handful of cherished places on earth for me. Great bagels, great whitefish, so familiar and cozy. I even loved the women behind the counter. It's like having a grandparent die, and now I honestly have no idea where to get a truly good bagel in NJ.

The bagels were getting better, but now Eli's is closed. It is coming back, possibly as a branch of Bagel Nook.

Nice bagel place. Standing room only. Quick service

Bagels are the best I've ever had. Crunchy on outside and soft on the inside. Seeds on both sides. Highly recommend

Bagels are fresh. Coffee was delicious. Lack of organization. Walking in, there was a bunch of people in the store but I could not tell who was in line to order.

The bagels are tiny and not that good. Plus, I didn't get what I ordered.

My wife pourhased a dozen assorted bagels with a pound of cream cheese and paid it with her credit card. She was given the cash register bill for $26.98, but guess what, on my credit card statement, I saw a charge for $29.95!!!I would like to think this was an error, unless she was charged 10% service fee for using the card instead of cash payment. If anyone experienced such a situation, I would like to hear about it.

Great little place, super fast service! Our go to is a dozen mixed varieties as they keep very well in the freezer. Flavored cream cheeses available and delicious!

i really like the bagels but when it cost more than the bagel to add butter that’s a bit much ! I paid more for butter than the plain bagel costs. That’s greedy !

I don't come up north that much, but when I do always make sure to stop by and get a salt bagel.

Unfortunately, I don't get over to that side of the county often, but when I do, I make sure to go into Eli's and get a dozen bagels for my freezer. When I worked nearby in the 1980s, this was the place to go, and it still is! Sandwiches on bagels are so fresh and delicious! This is why people love bagels from New Jersey!

There was once a time when I was able to purchase bagels from Eli's bagels and get what I wanted to purchase. Sadly, this is no longer the case.Yesterday, I purchased a dozen bagels. It was a simple purchase. I asked for 4 salt, 4 egg and 4 onion. The "free" 3 bagels were to have been salted.Much to my surprise, I received 4 egg and 8 onion. I never received the 3 "free" salt bagels. How hard is it to get what was actually ordered? This is not the first time something like that has happened. I do not know if Eli's is under the same ownership that it was under many years ago, but I do know that this is NOT the same Eli's that it once was. It's a shame. This was once my "go to" place for bagels. I believe that if an order is for more than one or two bagels, the order will be short of what is actually.Eli's owes me for the bagels that I paid for and did not receive. I do not know what has happened to this bagel seller, but I do know that if I want to purchase more than one or two bagels, I will go to another bagel shop. I mean SERIOUSLY. How hard is it to count to 15? How hard is it to understand the total amount of bagels that are being ordered? It's so sad that the Eli's Bagels employees are unable to count to 15. It's sad that they are unable to deliver 4 salt, 4 egg and 4 onion bagels with the 3 "free" salt bagels. How hard is this? I do NOT mean to sound sarcastic, but this is NOT brain surgery!

Coffee sometimes good, sometimes burnt.bagels are just the right size, and crusty. The crew is friendly, and always joking around wth each other. Asstd Bagel, Whole Wheat Bagel, pumpernickel bagel, veggie cream cheese-all favorites

Eli's is pretty hidden but a family member recommended so I came by. It is a small shop and they have a glass window where you can look into the kitchen area where they make the bagels. The bagels are solid and you can taste the freshness. They did get my order wrong since I asked for pork roll not bacon on my sandwich. All good. Not sure I would run back here but solid choice if you need a bagel.

Eli's makes the best bagels, according to my wife. I think they make the best SEC breakfast sandwich. I order mine with jalapenos. Eli's is popular so you may have to wait awhile, but it's worth it.JB
