Ordered a lunch special. Fried rice was dry with burnt soy soy flavor. Beef with onions was ok but the beef was rubbery. Wonton soup came with 2 wontons and a weak broth.

The food was good but I felt for Chinese take out it was a little pricey.

Been coming here for over 10 years. I witnessed prices doubling and portion sizes slightly decreasing. However, this place still deserves your attention when you are in the area. Every dish I ever ordered was prepared fresh and did not had any quality issue. I would rate this place between my default go-to local Chinese store and my favorite spot for spicy pork with fried rice.

Jade Palace used to be really great. Now it is just ok. My food order has been wrong the last two tines that I have ordered. I think it is time to move on!

Their kitchen is inconsistent. I order the same thing every Friday so I know what to expect. Well this time apparently someone new was working in the kitchen and everything was horrible. I understand sometimes things go wrong in the kitchen but when you bring it the managers attention, you expect them to make good. But this food was NOT edible. No more Fridays and never going here again because the manager refuses to exchange or credit my uneaten order. Go elsewhere!!!

For almost $20 our beef and broccoli was almost all broccoli. I get food costs are going up, but at least give us a little bang for our buck. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Delicious food, good portions, very friendly and attentive staff. Cozy place to eat and super easy takeout for lunch or busy weekday dinner.

Probably some of the worst Chinese food I've had. Even grading on a curve, knowing that this is American-style Chinese food, it was seriously underwhelming and overpriced. They say they're Sichuan and Cantonese (very different cuisines) so I ordered the quintessential Sichuanese kung pao chicken which is normally a spicy dish but this one was so bland and didn't even have any peppercorns or chilis in it - just that generic "brown sauce" that you see in a lot of Chinese takeouts, and even that was kind of congealed and relatively cold. For what we paid, we could've had way more authentic Sichuan fare at Jinli in Marlboro, but they were closed this day so we gave this place a try. Wrong move. Never again.

Portion size for the price do not match at all. A take out order had more rice and filler than actual protein. The soup came in a tiny container with 2 wontons. I’ve never seen a place try to cut so many corners to save a dime. The bag of noodles was larger than the soup. Pretty disappointed in this for what I paid. So many choices in the area, this was one to skip over. Used to be a great place, don’t know what happened.
