I love everything about this place except that you have to ask them to change their gloves after taking money and giving receipts to the customers after paying and touching on the cash register. With all the germs going around you would think that that's a given. The young chick acted like she got mad cause I asked her to change her gloves, but Idc I'm not getting sick cause you don't want to change your gloves. But other than that the place is ran good and clean every time I go in there.

I walked in and walked out. One look at the counter where they keep the toppings made me feel grossed out. It was so sloppy and messy. Probably dirty, too. I don't understand how the counter was such a disgusting mess. The store was empty and it was later in the day. I guess the two kids working there were too busy on their phones. I've been to other locations where this is not the case. Come on Freehold, clean up and get your act together.

very very skimpy with the meat and they load you up on lettuce at this location. We frequent many Jersey Mike's, even out of state and when I asked why so skimpy on the meat, can you add more, the employee laughed, added one slice and mumbled "Yeah".

I have ordered subs from the Howell, and both Point Pleasant stores. The meat and cheese were a significant quantity. Today I tried the Rt. 9 South in the Freehold, NJ store, and was I surprised. It was the thinnest sub that I have ever eaten. When I asked the young man who was working the slicer if they were cutting back on the quantity of the meat and cheese, he was confused. What it seems to me is that they are told to put about 15 slices of thinly sliced meat and 8 to 10 thin slices of cheese on each sub. Iif you don't get a full diameter slice, you are out of luck.

Wow! Easy location to get to. Super clean store and fast friendly staff who listen and get your order right!No issues when you make it "your way".This Jersey Mikes store is a winner.

Nothing really stands out about this restaurant. The food is ok, nothing to rave about. It didn't make me sick, so there's that.It's not a great value. Its quite overpriced and it's just a boring sandwich. There is literally nothing unique about the food here. The bread is ok. The meat is ok. And they're stingy too. I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich...they put 4 on it. Four. Maybe they can't spare it. Why bother at that point.The people that work here are pleasant enough. Very nice and friendly and the place is clean enough.So if you're hungry, nearby, and you don't mind the poor value, stop in and place an order. You'll be underwhelmed and disappointed but at least it won't make you sick.Hopefully.

John was of absolutely amazing service! He took the time to accommodate to all of my allergies and answer all of my questions all while having a smile on his face. My five hyper kids also ordered sandwiches and he managed to get everything done quickly. He did everything in a timely manner. I was not a fan of jersey mikes because it has been so hard to accommodate to my needs, but John has changed this experience for me! Definitely will be back soon!

I pick up for DoorDash and the gentleman named Matt is always there. This time when I came to pick up, they were extremely busy and Matt did an exceptional job! I’ve never seen anyone make sandwiches so quickly and correctly. Amazing customer service from him. And because of how he treated the customers, no customer was upset, they actually thanked him for his hard work. thank you Matt for always doing your job to the fullest.

This Jersey Mikes just keeps getting worse and worse. Tonight we finally vowed never to go back again. We had tried to give them another chance because of the charity donation night tonight. Wanted to help out a good cause but it would have been more beneficial to just send a check to a charity and order an actually decent sub from sorrentos or primos. There was about a 1/4 cup of tuna in a “giant” whole sub. They were also extremely rude when we went to pick up our order. We will not be going back.

I was here at 3:15 only 1 customer ahead of me..I found out Matt is the 1 that greeted me and said..I'll be right with you..meanwhile the guy that cooks on the grill was having conversation with a young man getting off his shift..I order the cheese steak requested provolone cheese Matt set up everything for John to cook mycheese steak sub when John finally stopped BS-ing around I watch John throw away some of the cheese Matt had sliced up for my sub. When I questioned John ( he has a beard) said oh you wanted that on your sandwich..YES because the cheese steak came with extra cheese..after I paid my with my loyalty points and left the store John found it very funny for whatever his reason..I'm only giving 3 stars becuse Matt was excellent ( he was on the register) but this John if that's his real name needs customer service training and also NEEDS to wear gloves when cooking people food. Matt did have his gloves on...I'm going to start going back to the ocean twp or Neptune jersey Mike's..because I never get attitudes at those stores..again Matt was great but John needs training and to also wear his gloves instead of BS-ing around with coworker that's off the clock assit the customers inside the store! Waited 10.mins before he even started cooking my sub when I was the only customer there waiting to be serviced ..another customer came in before I was checked out..Freehold Jersey Mike's needs to do better and hire more people like Matt but my recipe shows the babe Akec
