This is the slowest panera in the area. 10 minutes for a latte on m0re than 1 occasion, way too much syrup so you can't even drink it, but who has 2p minutes to sit around and have it remade? Waste of money and time.Also, if you go at dinner time they're frequently out of bread.

The staff is friendly but almost never gets the orders right. A roommate of mine has an onion allergy, and no matter how many times I request “no onions please” sure enough, they don’t read special instructions and our food comes with all the onions. Now my party can almost never enjoy their food, and I pay full price for something that won’t get eaten.Dietary restrictions: Pay more attention to special instructions and customizations, please. Some folks have serious food allergies and literally can't consume products unless you follow the directions.

Expensive and got minor food poisoning after our last dinner from here.
Service was very poor. No one was at the front registers. He was helping in the kitchen because they were so slow at their jobs. The kitchen folks moved like sloths. The food portions are small and over priced. A $4 fruit cut was two pieces of pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe. Food itself was mediocre.

We arrived at 8:50 PM for a late dinner. The food was the usual. The place seemed less than clean, but again it was 8:50 PM Saturday night. What was not expected was an absolutely filthy ladies room. The toilets didn’t look like they were cleaned that day let alone in days. It was disgusting! What must the food prep areas be like?? The bus tray for the soiled dishes and flatware had not been eased in forever. It was caked over in old dirty residue. This not sanitary! My experience at Panera restaurants are normally much better. This place is dirty. I will not return!

This restaurant has great employees. They have great tasting food as all Panera do. My review is geared more towards Panera the corporation due to their prices and portions. These 2 appetizer size Mac n cheese bowls I got as a pick 2 deal so 5.89 each. Regular price is even higher. So with tax I paid over $12 for 2 appetizer size portions. This was my lunch☹️ I can't afford to eat here anymore. I had a dollar off coupon that I got in an email on 7/24 (it's 8/16 today) and apparently it must have expired bc the person taking my order said that it didn't show up when I put in my phone number, yet there was no expiration date on it in my email. Even if there was an expiration date, you would think it should be more than just a few weeks. When I saw the tiny portions I received, I brought my tray back up to the counter and asked a gentleman if they could fill the bowls a little more. He said he was unable to, it is portion controlled, that is the exact portion they give. This was my last Panera visit, it's just not worth it.
