I'm not a big fan of icecream&gelati but I was in the area and I said to give it a try. Service is fast and friendly. I ordered a small gelati and before taking my first bite I noticed that there was something in it, I'm not sure if it was hair, it looked more like a thread from a fabric. I went back and the girl looked so embarassed.. She apologized and offered me another gelati, a big one and she insisted on giving me a 2nd item, which I refused, I wasn't even able to finish the gelati lol.I really appreciated her

I visited this location with my family this evening and ordered several gelatis, and one of them was made with the wrong flavor. I explained that it was the wrong flavor and politely asked if it could be changed, and the woman at the counter refused to change it. My family heard me order and confirmed that I ordered correctly, and she still refused to remake it and insisted that she didn’t make a mistake. I won’t be coming back to this location after this experience.

This Rita's location is above the rest! The staff was friendly and the Cotton Candy Misto Shake and Watermelon Misto Gelati were fantastic. Staff kept the line moving quickly on a warm Saturday which was a plus.

The place was packed with people eagerly waiting to indulge in their delicious flavors.Rita's Italian Ices has a vast array of flavors they had on offer. From classic flavors like black cherry and lemon to more exotic ones like gummy bear and passion fruit, there was something for everyone. I tried a few different flavors and they were all incredibly tasty.Apart from the free Rita's promotion, I think Rita's Italian Ices is a great spot to cool down during the summer months. Their Italian ices are the perfect treat on a hot day, and they have plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy your ice in the sun. They also have ice cream and other treats for those who want something a little more substantial.Overall, I would highly recommend Rita's Italian Ices to anyone looking for a sweet and refreshing treat. Whether you're visiting on the first day of spring for a free Rita's or stopping by on a hot summer day, you won't be disappointed. I will never go there again my son dropped his ice and they wouldn't give him a new one. ? What terrible customer service really a toddler I will never go there again they lost me and my family as customers and I'm hoping to convince others that was so terrible

Run!!! Disgusted.... And Grabbed my daughter a small cup of chocolate custard with gummiy bears on top and it was 7.37 for tiny amount of ice cream and 1.59 for the gummy bears!! Gouging at its finest...
Nice location.. parking is a problem. Unfortunately not a lot of suger free variety, but great for kids clean tables nice staff..
