Go somewhere else! I paid $5.70 for a 8oz coffee.. I asked for more coffee and not to add anymore milk. The barista took my ice coffee brought in the back and just added more milk... when I asked if more coffee was added he stated that I would need to pay .75cents for another once. As if the margin on coffee wasn't already profitable. Why wasnt this told me before taking my cup back? Do you think fooling people by adding more milk a good business plan? Starbucks is well known for a reason. Also your staff is working at a coffee shop.. they should take theirs hoods off and smile not look like they need a cup of coffee themselves. The business owner most likely charges them for coffee too. smh.

Placed an online order waited for over 1/2 hour in total. When I questioned the female barista this morning if there was something wrong with the order? She snapped back sarcastically can’t you see we are busy, I said 1/2 hour for coffee is ridiculous she said “Go buy your coffee somewhere else”. DONE!!! Girl should be fired!!

Disappointing experience, the lid of my cup came right off immediately and kept spilling everywhere, lack of variety of flavors, yet the quality was not great either.

Not too many options for a Starbucks person, but the simplicity and aroma in just a cup of coffee was unmatched.
