This Starbucks is terrible, Me and my friends went there together,they spend 10 minutes trying to get my order,and we were waiting 55 minutes to get my drink,when I asked about my drink they give me the worst attitude,like bffr maybe do your job and I'll be nice about it, and you guys NEED to hire more people and maybe some people who has respect, your workers are very slow at their job, have a talk with your employees.

I never get so unsatisfied in SB until today! Starbucks in Freehold Mall 10/17/23 server white skinny chick with lots of pimple! I ORDERED VENTI ICE APPLE OAT SHAKEN ESPRESSO AND THEY GAVE ME ALMOST HALF OF VENTI CUP!!!!! I PAY $7 FOR VENTI BUT GOT A GRANDE SIZE AND FULL OF ICE!!! I WIDH I COULD ATTACH PIC HERE!!!

It was very clean. The staff was very patient. I wanted one of the new fall apple drinks and I stumbled on the name quite badly, but they were helpful and I got what I wanted. It was really yummy.

Ordered 4 things… 3 of the things were wrong. I order one online, which was the only right one. Ordered 4 more drinks in person, and they were all made with wrong ingredients. I’m lactose intolerant and one of the things I specifically asked multiple times for with almond milk was made with regular milk.

the coffee is 99%. cold and when there is no one on line you have to wait ur seems like they really don't want to be there

Non hygienic. I ordered a decaf latte and was given regular. They then made me the correct order but do not change out the glass they were pouring the espresso in... so they use the same glass for regular and decaf no washing in between. I'm watching my caffeine intake because I am pregnant. I asked the guy making the drink about it and he just said, "yeah". So they don't wash it in between either. I passed the food safety course and I know this is not food safe.

The order taker got my order wrong. HOWEVER the blond boy making and handing out drinks was apologetic and fixed my order right away. This made me vow to never go to another Starbucks but this one(wont catch me lacking). I later saw this boy while he was on his brake and he asked about my drink. I told him it was fine.I loved my experience. Will come again. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always long lines for ordering drinks and food, and always long lines for awaiting drinks and food to be ready -- most of the time I pass this Starbucks this is the impression I am getting. Today I ordered my regular latte, and it was about 7~10 minutes after I placed the order... I was telling myself: this latte better be good!" It's weekend and they had many drinks from mobile and in person orders I get it, so I tried to relax and seated myself at their nice little lounge at the back with few stairs and natural sunlight from the glass ceiling. It's a great resting place after your mall shopping. However, if there's some jazz background music would be just wonderful and very Starbucks!

awful experience experienced by me. too many SEEDS- yet only ONE butter in addition, the estimated time was 4:42 INSTEAD we got our miceshakes at 4:59 pm? NO knives just forks. go somewhere else if you want good service and a bagel.
