We’ve been here a few times, often enough to have go-to orders and meet a few of the staff. I have never been even slightly disappointed. Food is always great, service is always friendly and accommodating, this place is a hidden gem for sure! Cash only with an atm in the back.Shoutout to Bryan (or Brian), appreciate you taking care of us.Parking: You can park in the white stalls for free Sun-Tues, and before 4 on other days. Yellow spots are permit parking only, but still a short walk through the lot.

This is such a wonderful place to eat in downtown Freehold, NJ. The breakfast meals are fantastic. They have specials and also a wonderful menu of many options. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fantastic. It's such a cute little cafe and we love supporting this small business in downtown!

Atmosphere: was ok, it's a place to eat. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. Service: Excellent! Place had a wait, but soon as a table cleared, they cleaned and had me seated and served very quickly. Food: ok. My Benedict poached eggs where just a little too poached with no yolk flowing. The biscuit was the thinest I've ever seen. The flavor was ok. The coffee was like flavored water. So, I didn't leave hungry, but will venture further down the street next time.

Such a cute place. I got the special of mascarpone French toast which was to die for and bacon cooked perfectly. Other got pork roll, egg, and cheese and pancakes. All were raving about it. Staff was very friendly and fast with orders. Only thing is it’s cash only.

We always have wonderful breakfast / brunches at Sweet Lews! I have been coming here for the past 12 years and everyone is still just as friendly as they were 12 years ago, the food is very good and the atmosphere is very cozy and homey. I love the different breakfast specials they offer but ultimately love their omelettes. Their fresh brewed tea is refreshing. My friend loves their Texas toast and home fries! It is important to note it’s Cash onlyParking: Parking in back and front of restaurant but note it is paid parking

[CASH ONLY] please be advised to bring cash when entering the establishment. Parking in the back however costs $2.Emmy & her staff make every visit warm & inviting. The food is delicious with a fair price! The restaurant is clean with cute artifacts of history. A Freehold staple, I highly encourage everyone to come in when visiting this historic Garden State Town!

The welcome was warm and the cafe busy. The food was very good but I noted limited opening hours and this meant that only the breakfast menu is available on weekends when they close at a surprisingly early 1pm.

I found my new go to spot been in Freehold for 3 years and finally found it today got to try Sweet Lous. Great atmosphere and service. An the food was the best breakfast food I've had around, home fries were alittle mushy but everything else was great, I'll just ask for them to be cooked alittle longer next time. Everything else made up for it. I'll definitely be back.
