I am unable to share feedback as to how the food was because my husband and I walked in to the counter and had some questions (being that it was our first time here) before we could ask a person camr out and said something to us we both looked at him and asked what? He said go order online we don't take orders at the counter and he walked away again. My husband and I just looked at each other and then walked out.Everyone is so excited about having a Kingston close to us now, but I see we were not the only ones who have had this same experience. So I don't know if you are short staffed but the manor it was said to us was extremely rude and as if we were a bother that we were even there.For all first timers, how can you ask questions and if you have special requests. Very disappointed and can honestly say we won't be going back.

Skimping on size of chicken. Got Wingstop in Philly and the chicken was a generous size. Got the same order here in Freehold and the pieces of chicken were half the size. Staff was great. Needs bigger pieces of chicken.

I gave overall 3 stars because wingstop needs to hire one or two more people. At this location, whenever i come in, the line is out the door to order and recieve food. The woman taking the orders is also hustling to complete the orders in timely fashion. I'm and i didnt have the option to tip when paying with card. These workers need help or atleast a tip cup and tips on cards. Come on wingstopWheelchair accessibility: Not an automatic entrance, but no step and flat all the way in and to tables
Terrible service. I drove 45 min to go here with my family to be told we are not taking orders. Im like ok. So went to car and placed order online. 30 min later i was able to get my food. It would of been nice if one of the employees would of told me that i could place order online but they didnt say anything juat not taking orders. In the 30 min of me waiting in my car. I watched about a dozen different people go in and walk right like i did with my family. Except they drove off. Im sure they left clueless as well. Terrible service, i never will be back unless they get better staff.
