Horrible experiance person who checked me in had no idea what she was doing I had a prepaid stay paid in full she stated she had to charge my card again and they would refund the stay well 4 days later cant get any explanation or my money back. Along with the incidental charges Tried contacting manager no response asked for a supervisor no luck but my card shows the charges but they say i never got charged....

We stayed here so we could go to Six Flags. Really nice people and great customer service ! The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant/ bar personnel were extremely sweet! Not many options to eat but what we had was actually fresh and surprisingly good for a small hotel. Free parking and laundry room were a big plus. Very quiet neighborhood and some weddings were happening while we stayed but I basically heard no noise from guests or was bothered by loud music. Really recommend!

Convenient location with satisfactory accommodations. A little dated but well kept property. Nice pool but not heated. Staff was very helpful. Very supportive for small venues or weddings. Parking is free and very convenient to entrance.

Hotel room was nice - clean with basics. But did not include any type of continental breakfast except for coffee ane there was no children's TV station available for free (there is an option of a kid's network for an additional fee). The room and hotel appeared more in the $100-200/night category, especially if there with kids

The staff here is very exceptional, the maids offer cleaning everyday and do a thorough job at that. Laura, Margarita and Valentina kept my room cozy and welcoming each time I arrived from work. Nelson has done an outstanding job accommodating me, especially today when he helped switch my room with ease. I don’t have any status with Radisson but they still treat me like a diamond member. These staff members made my stay 5/5 very friendly!

Spacious rooms with all the amenities:) Clean & organized well. Would stay again if in area. Love the king sized bed and view from fifth floor! Plenty of outlets in room for both of us to charge our phones. Looking forward to breakfast downstairs with family :))

You don't want me to review but here goes. Ran across a cockroach in my room, reported it at checkout. Clerk showed no concern and said housekeeping would check it out. No breakfast or microwave in the room.

A+ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. Amazing staff. Perfect management team. Can't wait to come back. The fitness room was very clean. The food was good. The fries are a hidden gem. Had a minor situation with the television but, the staff was on it and gave me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. I was there for 13 weeks and it was amazing.

Rude, dirty, loud. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. I have been going to this hotel for at least 12 years. Boy have things gone downhill... Not happy...I was told it was renovated on the phone, to me it looks worse than before of possible.

The location of this property is a problem if you do not have a car, forcing you to walk next to a very busy highway in oder to visit a coffee shop/deli/restaurant. There are north any amenities in close proximity and bar restaurant unavailable until 5:00PM.

At check in the staff did not know about my cost of the room and overcharged me until I brought in the manager (who happened to be very nice by the way). Arriving at our room we were greeted with the loud neighbors that kept trying to open the connecting room door. They continuously slammed their door and the TV never went off. There are no updates in this hotel. No USB ports and very few outlets. If you haven't realized, these are items everyone needs nowadays. There was no luggage stand. All hotels have a luggage stand. This is only a small of the issues. On our first morning we wanted to have breakfast. It was a Tuesday. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Really??? I have never stayed in a Hotel that has a restaurant yet they are CLOSED. We came back from getting breakfast and while in our room the heat came on and would not go off. The entire unit started vibrating and making loud noises. Then the air came on full blast and would not go off. This continued until so we called the desk and were told that the maintenance people were not available until the next day. Again, REALLY? We were offered to change rooms. Not the most ideal thing to pack and move but we: could not stay there so we moved. The next morning noise in the hallway started early, am, as the entire hall was filled with staff opening and closing doors and moving around the TV's from the rooms. Not sure what this was about but we got dressed and left the hotel. On the way out we noticed coffee in the lobby for the first time but to our dismay it was empty. We left again for breakfast out. On Thursday, our third day there, I am in the shower and well the water goes OFF!!! The water was turned off in the entire hotel. We called the front desk and for 7 minutes we were on hold. My husband went down to the desk and there were two employees standing with their backs to the lobby just talking. He asked first why no one answered the phone and he was told they were BUSY! So no one answers the phones??? He then asked about the water and he was told there was a plumbing problem. Well couldn't you let the guests know you are turning off the water?? Perhaps leave a message on the phones. Slip a note under the door. Knock on the doors and let us know. Nothing!!! I understand there could be an issue but you don't let the guests know? There were no more than cars in the entire lot and you couldn't let the guests know that the water was about to go off?? This is ho
