Had a couple of bagels with strawberry and another with locks. Washed it down with a fresh cup of coffee and it was 2pm. The food delicious, prices great and the kids at the counter very Friendly and helpful.

If you are soiled by NYC bagels, this place is not for you. Slow service and wrong order. They forgot to toast our bagels and mess up with cream cheese order. Too bad this is the only bagel joint I could go.

Last time I went in a couple weeks ago….they gave me my tuna melt inside out. Yesterday I went in and the young kid working the counter told me they couldn’t make a tuna melt even though it was 10:30 and I’ve ordered them at that time before. I look at the case and see the tuna salad and he says “I can make you tuna on a bagel if you want” and I said “if you have the tuna and the bagels and the cheese then you can make a tuna melt that doesn’t even make any sense” and he goes “let me go ask the back it might just be one of those things ya know?” No I don’t know…I’ve worked in food service for years and I don’t know how you can rationalize any of that. He comes back and says he can make it, so I order a tuna melt and home fries. Our food comes about 10 minutes later (was a takeout so we were waiting) and when we get to the car I notice there’s no home fries. When we walked back in there was a woman in front of us coming back in because THEY FORGOT THE LOX ON HER LOX SANDWICH! How do you even do that!? We tell him the home fries are missing and he says he’ll go start them….so you just completely forgot my order the second I said it?Then a guy came in to order 4 bagels…two plain, one buttered, one with cream cheese, and he was watching him make them and HE DIDNT MAKE A SINGLE BAGEL RIGHT! The man was watching him and was like “no that’s wrong. That’s wrong too.” And finally just took the wrong order…which I wouldn’t have because making 4 bagels isn’t hard at all and he paid for them. The guy left with all the wrong food it was a shame. Then we’re waiting 20 minutes for our home fries, and had to ask multiple times on their progress. He literally kept forgetting about them on the flat top. Then I get home and the home fries are mushy as all hell because he let them go too long, and THERE WAS A HAIR IN THEM! I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A HAIR IN MY FOOD! Our takeout order which should’ve taken 10-15 minutes top had us there for 45 minutes and messed up our time frame for the whole rest of the day. ALSO he put my coin change in the tip jar WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME and didn’t deserve it with how horrible the service was. If I paid on my card I’d be calling them today but unfortunately we paid cash. Never going to this location again. Jimmie Leeds road is so much better…service and food wise.

This place was great at one point .I usually got my sandwich and a bag of chips with my order.Now u get your sandwich and that's it, is not even made correctly and still get charged full price wont go here again is not the same anymore all go somewhere else.
