I'm 49, grew up in an Italian neighborhood, been eating and making pizza most of my life, and I can honestly say that this is the first time I've ever had a slice of pizza that literally had no flavor whatsoever. In the display case there was this amazing looking white pizza loaded with broccoli and grilled chicken, so I ordered a slice to go. Never saw the actual slice as I stepped away from the counter briefly and then just handed a box with the slice after I paid. When I got home I opened the box to reveal a slice with a sprinkling of very small broccoli pieces on the bottom and 4 to 5 slices of tomato strewn on top, like what?! I still expected it to be delicious though, as my experience with white pie has always been favorable - always tasty, garlicy, yummy. Now, we all now mozzarella to be a pretty bland cheese, so you need a little somethin' somethin' to give it some taste. There was no ricotta, surprisingly, and even more surprising not a hint of garlic, oregano, basil, not even a trace of salt, pepper, garlic powder, nothing! The broccoli and tomato didn't even have any flavor! It was like eating a napkin. Lol. Gave the place 3 stars because my daughter said her slice of plain cheese was good and the service was pleasant and quick. At least the slices are large!

The problem is about every 3rd order or so the food is poor to the point it ruins our family dinner. Example: cold pizza with stale crust and barely any toppings and buffalo tails that are very dry and tough with no sauce to name a couple. I expect more for spending an average of $100 an order.

I was recommended to visit smithville while visiting AC for my honeymoon. All the shops were nice and everyone decent. However, my husband and I were hungry and saw this pizza shop. At first sight it looked ok, but there is no order in having people wait in line and people try to skip you. The biggest problem they have here is the cashier girl. She was a thin build dark hair and looks like she hates her job. I’m already feeling aggravated because one lady who arrived after me is trying to jump ahead of me cashier girl sees says nothing. So when finally I think she’s done with the customer ahead of me I quickly state could I have 4 slices please when you have a chance, this nasty ? cashier who obviously hates her job snaps at me. “Oh can I finish with the next customer “ but she says it with an attitude and no kind of professionalism. She could of made the situation better by using a different tone and not showing an attitude. Your cashier is not cut out for customer service, fire her and get someone who won’t crack under the stress. Needless to say I left did not purchase a thing there and will never go back here ever. I will make sure friends and family never go either. Pizza also looked old. My first time and last time at Smithville shops all because of one bad egg. Hope she gets the help she needs to improve her attitude and hope this pizza owner lets her go and gets better employees. You will keep losing business because of her.

The 3rd party onine ordering platform "slice" doesnt have the correct menu so if you order food and its wrong and not happy with your order,you are pretty much told "Oh well,the 3rd party didnt copy our menu correctly so better luck next time" they wouldnt remake it correctly, wouldnt refund my money only offered a $20 off credit when I order Thru the 3rd party "slice" (so basically you want me to order off of the incorrect menu AGAIN so it can be something I dont want (soggy fries actually mixed into the dry chicken and steak meat and cheese,And they will give me a credit of $20 off the Bill

Unfortunately, while this place has great food, it is too small, to the point of being claustrophobic. Whenever the Smithville Village has a special event or especially nice weather, it's way too packed. Not enough seating. Buffalo Tails are superb ?
