Sometimes they get the order right. Sometimes they don't. Not sure how hard it is to follow the order given after you just repeated it back to me. Coffee tasted burnt and horrible.

Stop being rude to the customers driving up for pick up. Your job is to be courteous and respectful. Just because two customers have similar names doesn't give you right to throw an attitude. It was noticeable and unprofessional. If you are not happy working early perhaps that's something that should be handled with management. I'm going back to Wawa to get my coffee.1/22/2024

Didn't follow my order correctly and the coffee tasted terrible. It's been happening a few times now. Watered down coffee, not cold brew like I ordered, the cold foam is not the right consistency. Wrong type of munchkins.

They never get orders right if it’s on weekends or late evenings. Seems like when there’s young people they always mess up something. When it’s during the week mornings and it’s adults working everything is fine. This is not the first time it’s happening. Please coach the young ones and make sure the customer’s request are heard and fulfilled. Never going back to this location.

This happens every time I come to this Dunkin. Hard burnt hash browns and old donuts… after how many years still no improvement.
