The truth is that the sandwiches are not bad.BUT, when I stay watching how the old man who is there prepares them. ?He puts on gloves, it's true, but he touches everything with the same gloves, the egg boxes, the eggs, the bread, the cheese, the ham, the bread toasters, in fact everything that is within his reach. And again. Just seeing the bread toaster and how dirty it was, I wondered: Could it be that they clean it at the end of the day?I DON'T BELIEVE IT. And the lady who collects doesn't give you the full change. He tells you “I don't have change.”I would like to go buy from them and tell them I don't have change, I'm going to owe you a dollar.

So there's no point of calling in a order since they won't start it without you paying for it customer service could be better not a happy customer cash only business be ready to wait half hr or longer for a sandwich

This place is a sanitary nightmare. Went in to purchase bagels. The server blows his nose into a paper towel, never removing his contaminated gloves or washing his hands and proceeded to handle the bagels. I just turned around and left. Literally gives a new meaning to the everything bagel. I will never come back here again.

Poor customer service. Very busy place and things get missed. Ordered 3 sandwiches and they forgot to bag the third sandwich. I had gone home and realized then it was not there. I returned and it was behind them on the counter, they handed it to me, no apology, no concern, and no bag...sad.Update, sandwich was cold when I got home...toaster fixed it. TOASTER=5 stars review

I’ve tried to give this place a chance multiple times. I could be first on line with 10 people behind me and they all get their order before me. What’s even crazier is that I order a simple cream cheese bagel. Bagels are not even fresh any more. Service is down the drain…

Food is ok but the costumer service is awful, all the junk from Garfield work there. Call for pick up order and they told me 20mins wait time, i show up after half hour order was bot even near by done, wait another 15mins just to call me and say they out of bacon. Crazy!

I’m going to give this a 5-Star because the owner and the young waitress are very nice people; I never have any problems with nobody in this business during the week. Yet, today…the older woman, who looks old enough to be a grandmother…have truly insulted me and offended me by her ACTIONS. She acted like she didn’t want to take the $10 bill from my hand and then she threw my change back on the counter. I’ve told her to “Check Herself” because that’s not how you conduct business with people, based off the color of their skin. The same way you treat others, you treat my people the same way, too. You never know who’s VERY IMPORTANT when walking into a business establishment. Thank you!!!
