How is it possible to give less than 0 stars? What us the point in having a number that doesn't work? The online service doesn't allow me to ask questions. Personally the best cooking this place can provide for the community is light a match and toss it on their way out of the door.

Always clean, always friendly - this is a great spot when you have family WHO CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO EAT - UGH!!! I had a Gyro - surprisingly good (could have used one or two more slices of meat). My wife had the tenders - again really good and my son had the ground beef hard tacos - all good! They are more than a wings spot for sure! And settles the age old request of"what do want for dinner..." Give them a try!!

My friend talked me into going to this place. 40 min drive for a cheesesteak sandwich. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! Very friendly as well!!!! MUST TRY!

Let me start off with saying Planet wings sells one of the best quality and tasting wings around, however they are not worth the headache I always face. I stopped ordering delivery after three different times because each time something was missing a dipping sauce, a side, or a drink. The staff will offer to drop off the forgotten item, but you can expect to wait another 40 minutes at least. I moved to only ordering pick up but checking each order before leaving because mistakes were still being made. My last experience left me upset and never visiting again. I ordered over the phone and came in after the time they asked me to. The woman at the counter tells me it's coming right out and tells the worker in the back she needs my order. Ten minutes go by and I check back in and I'm told it's coming right out. Meanwhile other guests are coming and going with their order. After another ten minutes of waiting patiently, I ask again. She tells the cooks again and a man comes out front and asks me to remind me what I ordered. I told him the order. My order was never being worked on and I had to wait an additional ten minutes. If the staff could have told me as soon I walked in "I am sorry I don't see your order can I have it one more time" I would have not wasted nearly an hour for my food. When I asked what happened at no point in time could they admit my order was misplaced or a mistake was made. I never received a " I'm sorry". The woman just asked if I would like a cookie. TLDR: best tasting wings around and the most horrible service around

Food smelled good but got the scraps from the bottom of the beef you no the burnt parts & beef was under cooked raw pink beef in nacho grande order couldn’t eat it & 2 orders of chicken Quesadilla so oily & greasy and not enough cheese. Gave me an upset stomach such a waste of money ....

This place is excellent! Good rates, considerable dishes and the staff are constantly friendly.
The place used to be amazing but not anymore. The chicken that I ordered was extremely hard and was barely chewable, barely any sauce, and barely gave me any fries with the order and mind you the order came with fries. The chicken was extremely dry. Paid all that money for nothing. Never going back again.

What a difference a year makes.Loved this place but it’s rare I go since it’s a 30 min drive. Dry, very over salted, ordered fries and got curly fries instead, the discontinued my fav sauce. Out of 2 of the fountain sodas. Such a bummer because they really were the best.Hope it was a fluke, but I’m not going back.

I ordered a delivery just now I received the wrong order!! I call them and they want me to bring the food back because she cannot send the driver stating management change which is not my fault!! Food was made incorrectly not my mistake.. customer service means you suppose to help the customer!! Awful
