Staff couldn't be bothered helping, left without spending money

This review is a bit overdue, but &grain is the best! We had placed a catering order for our store last week and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. We wanted to do a staff lunch for ourselves, but weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be, so I spoke with John and he suggested a few items that were their most popular, which made it so easy.We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Ham & Brie sandwich, Prime Rib sandwich, and the ABLT sandwich-- all of which were incredible. We also ordered an Apple Salad that was otherworldly. The blend of flavors and textures was sublime and we made short work of it.The star of the show, however, was the crookie. Half chocolate chip cookie, half croissant= all delicious. I don't think I can adequately put into words how incredibly tasty it was, especially when heated a bit.Looking for a biz lunch that will satisfy? Look no further than &grain.

Absolutely top notch food! Grabbed a chipotle chicken sandwich and a pair of crookies. I gotta tell you, you NEED to try those. Eat one with a cup of coffee and save another for later. They’re absurdly good and I’ve never tried anything else like it. Can’t wait to go back!

I had their new crookie today and it was amazing! A flaky croissant mixed with a chewy cholcolate chip cookie— what’s better than that? Only thing is putting it in the air fryer so the chocolate melts! Highly recommend going and getting this along with anything else you crave. Food is delicious- you won’t be disappointed!

So disappointed that the nice espresso machine has been out of order for over a year now. They only serve drip filter coffee which is not good either. I wish they fix the coffee machine and serve good coffee. There are other coffee shops in the area that are much better than this shop.However, their sandwiches and the very few pastries are good.

Wouldn't come here again for coffee. They don't make any espresso based drinks, don't have any flavors, don't have any different sizes of drinks, they don't make their own coffee, and I waited 10+ minutes for a cold brew. Talk about a bad way to start my day.The cold brew was decent.

Workers are just rude or don't care about there job.....the prices are outrageous now..extra for avocado , extra for chipolte mayo, no side salad with sandwich anymore.

Hello owner! Take note - we used to have stellar experiences here but the side salad removed, and prices and images remain the same. Sandwiches served sadly wrapped in foil. Counter staff not interested in customers and watching things on their phone with their earbuds in. Bread not always fresh. We would like to continue to come here, but as other customers have also noted in their reviews - hope to see the feedback recognized and this place to maintain the experience we had come to enjoy

I love this spot - for breakfast or lunch! Their bread is so fresh, and that makes such a difference. The staff is kind and the restaurant is always clean. Take out or enjoy the cool vibe inside (or outside at one of their street-side tables). The service is also A+! Please pay a visit to this wonderful establishment! We want very much for it to stick around forever!
