We went in at 8:40, 20 minutes before closing time. The worker there told us they were already closed and did not allow us to order. This experience was completely unacceptable and it needs to fixed. Completely embarrassing from this business.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. The customer service in this restaurant is ridiculous. I walked in and before even getting passed the frontDoor one of the employees greeted me with I cannot take your order now and I don’t know when I could. There were only 3 customers in the entire restaurant waiting. I will never return. They are super rude and their employees need to be trained in customer service.

Had to throw out a large order from this place because the meat was old/ undercooked and the bread/fries were stale. When I called about the issue Mark (who is apparently is the manager) was handing the situation in a very rude manner, saying he wasn’t going to refund my order because he was the one who made the food and hung up on me. Steer clear of this place if you want your food fresh and don’t feel like dealing with unprofessional managers.

Today was my 4th visit. and it's time to give this location the credit it deserves. Burgers and fries are made to order, and they're always fresh/hot. Staff are super helpful and accommodating, not to mention they're always hustling to get orders done to minimize wait times. The location is clean around the tables, soda machine, AND behind the counter. Plenty of seating and parking is never an issue. Love this place and the burgers!

Delicious hamburgers!! Very good to the community. They gave us (3) gift cards for Lincoln School fundraising efforts. Staff was amazing!!

How can you mess up a burger, right? Well, some people can. Mark, the burger Chef here, did the opposite of this. He made our burgers into a masterpiece. I had the Double Diablo. It was INCREDIBLE! Holy cow, was it good. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. It was thick, juicy, and worth every bite. The price was extremely fair, considering how great it was. Thank you, Mark. I will be coming back every chance I get and would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates burgers.

We are obsessed with this place! The food is absolutely delicious, the shakes are nice and thick, and the fries are really tasty. Your evening staff is so polite, fast, and efficient. They work hard, while always smiling, and get the food to us quickly. It’s the reason that we will always return. We visit at least once a week or more.

Placed an order online. Order arrives lukewarm with items (burgers, fries) coming out of their packaging and into the bag. An entire meal was missing. Call the store to resolve the issue, speak with the manager who says he'll refund me. I explain that I don't want a refund, I'd really like my food because I have pneumonia and two little kids. He says that's all he can do. I ask him when I might see the money returned to my account. He says, "Usually in 48 hours but you should check because sometimes our system doesn't work." I reply, "So you're saying that I should keep checking my bank account to ensure that you did your job and refunded me?" He responds, "Well wouldn't you be doing that anyway?" Honestly, no, I wouldn't be actively checking because you've indicated that your refund system sometimes does not work. He then says that there is another way to "issue the refund through the computer" (which I suspect costs them at their end), but it always works (not just sometimes). I ask if he can issue me the refund via the method that actually works instead of via the one that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. He says, "Fine, I can do that for you. Anything else." Great customer service, bro. I worked in the food industry for years. No, the customer isn't always right and sometimes customers are jerks...but also sometimes people are human beings who are spending extra money ordering out because they're sick and overwhelmed and it doesn't help to have the manager treat you like an inconvenience when his store location and employees are the ones who messed up. Apologize maybe? Just own that you made a mistake? I wouldn't have written a review if he had just said, "Sorry to hear that." High expectations, I guess, and maybe I sound entitled, but I paid $10 for delivery fee and tip...and you can't even muster some kind of apology? That conversation did nothing to restore any faith that I'll see my refund, so I'll be checking my bank account either way. Lost a customer.

Have patronized this location for years. Never had a problem until tonight. Fries were cold, dried out and burned. Asked for a new batch and the guy behind the counter mixed the fresh with old (there were far more of the old). For years, Mooyah prepared the fries when you placed your order. For the last 6 months or so, they sit around like every other fast food chain. Two burgers were over cooked and the third was cold. Will not come back.

They messed up my order not once, but twice. The employee proceeded to blame me for “changing my order like 7 times” as another employee tried calming him down.Absolutely horrible.

Food wasn't bad but the price is outrageous. $14.98 for a single hotdog fries and a small drink. I guarantee you I will not spend 14 dollars on a hotdog ever again. As for recommending this place well the choice is all yours.

Great burger and shake spot! Kids love it and it's healthier than other burger places with even better taste. The fries especially!
