Not one to usually complain, but the coffee was burnt and the 5 donuts were shoved in a bag so that they all rubbed off on each other. Also had to repeat the whole order again at the window. As for the churro, skip it.

I usually visit this location on my way to work, but I won’t stop by again. Stopped in to get a coffee and sandwich, when I went to order the lady came over with attitude, was very rude, and seemed like she was bothered to help me. I said hello and good morning and received nothing back. I repeated my order a few times and still got my coffee order wrong. When the lady saw she had to remake my order she was very bothered by it. Environment was not pleasant, customers aren’t treated kindly… I’ll have to go out of my way now for my Dunkin runs because I will definitely not be visiting this location.

It would be helpful if their own workers actually got an order right and know how their own mobil app works and the deals.
It's humorous that I don't like Dunkin' coffee, but like so many of their other goodies. I absolutely love their hot chocolate! I usually stop for veggie egg bites or Wake-up wraps. I love their donuts but value my shape too much to indulge! My kids enjoy the aforementioned plus the blueberry Coolata. This trip was for the veggie bites for moi and a coffee for the man.

I will never be going to this location again. The way I was treated by a customer service guy there last week was ridiculous and shameful. I ordered something online for pick up and there was a mistake in the order so I tried calling before I got there and I called 6-7times no answer. I finally made it there and the young man at the register said he couldn't fix the order since it was made through the app. He asked me to come back the next day for a refund on one of the items I did not get. I went there the next day and was the worst experience I ever had. The man was yelling at me calling me a thief and how he can't help me and he's going to call the police on me. I said excuse me sir I have my receipt and why don't you confirm with your worker from last night. Why the hell would I wanna to steal $6 worth of purchase off coffee when I'm here every freaking day. He was so damn rude. I said if the worker had said they couldn't help I won't bother coming in here but call the center directly. That will be the last time I go there. I'll rather drive an additional 5 mins to the other location. I have reported this man to corporate and he needs to learn not to talk to customers that way. He needs to go back to whatever class they teach to work there and learn some freaking manners and customer service.

Rude and unorganizedUpdate: I just regrettably, tried them again. They AGAIN messed up my order and didn't care. This location is terrible. It wouldn't be so bad if the employees were not so rude and unorganized. They were actually making fun of the customer before me. Right in front of me. NEVER again.

This location is an extra 1.25 miles passed the Dunkin closest to my residence, but well worth the extra few minutes to get there! They have a 100% satisfaction rate from me, as they have not made a single mistake (with my orders) since I started using them almost one year ago. They are super organized - working like a well oiled machine! The communication between workers and customers is clear and precise, as is their communication between employees.My favorite Dunkin by far!
