Came here with a friend who is a local as it is very well known in the area. While we did not try the pizza, I am looking forward to trying it someday. We went for their excellent frozen custard! It is difficult to find a frozen custard spot in NJ which is full of ice cream and froyo places. This place was great and the people working were very nice. The custard was tasty and well made. There are many options, all looked great!Overall great experience and will be returning!

After looking at the reviews I wanted to love this deli but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed! I ordered a hoagie and it was terrible! The bread was soft but they are very selfish when it comes to the meat and cheese! Terrible! The lady making it wasn’t as friendly as everyone else there. I wish that I would’ve taken a look at it prior to heading into work. Maybe Masso’s has good pizza or something because the hoagies are not it! Don’t waste your money. I won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place! I sometimes get delivery, but mostly I visit the deli side. The food is absolutely delicious. The meatballs, the grilled chicken, the roast beef, the sides and just everything they offer. Not only is the food excellent, but the staff is amazing too. Very nice people, always there to help and just all-around friendly folks. I highly recommend Masso’s.

Was in the area today and was excited to get an Italian hoagie because it has been a long time since I had one. Well needless to say I was very disappointed definitely not the same quality that always had me wanting to get a hoagie from Masso's.It was very thin, roll was chewy, seasoning limited and dry even though I ask for oil. I won't be returning, they have definitely lost their shine?.

This KC Philly girl is back in Jersey for a visit and was in a different part of town and decided to try a different deli. I was here in the spring and went to Mario's and it was a five-star amazing experience. The sandwich I got tonight to try to get my hoagie fill was very, very average. Everything was made out of sight so I assume not fresh sliced. The picture is after I added hot and sweet peppers. It was made very quickly and everyone there looked like they were under 21 and relatively uninterested. The place closed at 10 and by 8 30 they were sweeping up and look like they were shutting down on a Saturday night. Meat and toppings were very skimpy. It was disappointing and if I have the time I will try another hoagie place!

I've lived in the area for two years now and have driven by Masso's at least 20 times. Every time I tell myself that I need to stop in. I finally did. I should have done it sooner.I put in a take out order (cheesesteak, large pizza, order of fries to go) then cruised the deli side. I wanted EVERYTHING from the deli but settled on some shrimp macaroni salad.I took my order home. Their pizza is now my favorite and if you know anything about this area, there is at least one pizza place every half mile. The cheesesteak was delicious...on the perfect roll with perfectly crunchy pickles (I know, I know, not a typical accoutrement for a cheesesteak, but that's how I do it).The shrimp macaroni salad had the perfect amount of mayo. The dill put it over the top. The fries were decent. I'm not a fan of coated fries, but if I were, I imagine I would have loved them. I will definitely visit again!

Wawa makes better hoagies than this place. Don't waste your time or money. The portions are super skimpy and the place is ran by a bunch of young kids that don't know how to write down/ prepare an order correctly. All the food we ordered had something wrong with it and items were missing.

What a fantastic local pizza place and deli. My family always enjoys take out, delivery and dining in at Masso's. The food is perfect and the service is friendly. We also enjoy the gourmet market attached, which offers a large selection of Italian specialities. Masso's is a true local gem.

A good place to stop and grab something to eat. Pizza, hoagies, lunch meat and play the lottery. Also has the best gourmet Irish Potato Candy around St Paddy's Day.

Besides being a deli they have Quick salads to pick up and I'm sorry but the best cheese cake around.

Staff was so friendly but the food was so so bad. The cheesesteak was like dog food and was watery and salty. The waffle fries were so greasy the bag broke from the moisture. Last the roast beef hoagie was just horrendous. I don’t remember this place being this awful. I will not be going back. Love to support local business but this was so low end quality wise. Beware grill is filthy dirty looking.

Awesome food (selection of prepared/chilled entrees and sides + deli offerings, as well as great hot pizza, sandwiches, etc). Great quality family business. ????
