Although the young man playing the piano was very talented and I like that they employed a young person who is willing to work, the venue is too small for entertainment. We almost had the table at the entry door next to the pianist. How would anyone like being seated there...cold and loud. Thankfully we took a table in the back of the restaurant. Food was great and servers were super nice.

Great restaurant. Service is always excellent. We had the baked brie appetizer special and the Pork Valdastano (also a special). Both were so good. Highly recommend Ancona; and when the weather is nice, they have outdoor dining.

We were a party of 4. We ordered 2 fish entrees, 1 ribs and 1 chicken parm and they were all delicious. We've been to this restaurant in the past and the meals never disappoint. Service was great. We were not rushed and enjoyed a lovely evening.

This review is for a delivery/take-out order. I don't know why I haven't ordered from Ancona Bistro sooner but I'm glad I finally did. Despite it being delivered the food was fairly warm. Just a little heating was all it needed. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and Mozzarella en Carrozza. The Mozzarella en Carrozza was delicious and one of my favorite appetizers. Not many Italian restaurants seem to have it on the menu opting for mozzarella sticks instead. Ancona's Mozzarella en Carrozza was delicious. It comes with sauce which was perfect in taste and texture. The Shrimp Scampi was nice and full of garlic. You get six jumbo shrimp with the tails on. I know tails are visually pleasing but I hate taking them off. The only thing was it lacked salt. Better to have too little and add some later. Overall it was an excellent meal. I can't say anything about the ambiance so I gave four stars for now until I go there to dine in.

We attended a memorial luncheon at Ancona for our dear friend. Ancona was their favorite restaurant. The food and service was outstanding for this special event.
The eggplant rollatini was delicious as were the rice balls! The staff is lovely. They are kind, happy and there to serve. We felt really welcomed!

Food was average. Bread was just sub roll cut up. Had the calamari which was chewy, mussels in white wine sauce not much flavor and burrata and beets salad and the burrata was super cold and tough. For dessert I had the tiramisu that was good.
