Overall the atmosphere inside isn’t pleasing to look at or be in, but it’s definitely an upgrade from before. They can take a while to complete your order even when it isn’t busy and often enough the burgers don’t taste as fresh as they should. Other than that the prices are pretty decent and the cashiers are typically friendly.

The place has gotten a face lift and it looks nice. The food was ok though the buns were not fresh. They do not understand customer service and many of the tables were dirty. It would only take some minor changes to make this a great place to get great food for a quick meal. My prediction is that if things do not change quickly it will be another place to waste your money.

I would give this location a zero if I could. The manager who is Indian or from the Middle East is rude and does not know how to manage a store or deal with customers! I asked for his name and he refused. When I stated something that his coworker said, he indicated thAt the people serving were not his coworkers, they only work for him! The service was terrible! The man running the drive thru was also rude! I intend to make a formal complaint. This type of service is inappropriate!

This is the second time this place has gotten a simple drive thru order wrong. The first time I just threw the order away. This time I went back to get the order corrected. While I was waiting in line another customer came in to return his order. They forgot to put the top of his sandwich on. How do forget to put the top of a bun on a sandwich? I went to the website listed on the receipt for feedback. It doesn’t work. I’m done. Never again.

I asked for 2 whoppers with no cheese and no mayo as I have allergies. When I received the food, one burger had no cheese with a little bit of mayo on it, and the other was covered in cheese and mayo. They clearly did not pay attention to my request.
