This place is absolutely outrageous. I will never order from this place again. I placed an order of funnel cake fries around 3am yesterday. After I picked up the food, it seemed decent at first. Once I had eaten most of the funnel cake fries and the platter was empty, I picked up another fry, bit into it, and found a piece of hair wrapped around it. I threw up immediately! By the time I went back to the restaurant they were closed. Their hours are 9pm- 4:30am. I decided to go back the next night when they were open, I explained to the owners what had happened and they denied a refund or any kind of compensation. Instead they told me “ I should’ve came back so I could swap it and I can’t do anything about it”. As I mentioned before they closed at 4:30am! They then decided to blame me, claiming that they stayed open later that night because they were cleaning. On the website it says 9pm to 4:30am. This isn’t my fault. I know for a fact an ate hair and that’s what made me sick!!!!

First of all there customer service is horrible if i could leave a 0 star i would i just ordered ask for “fat sandwich with no cheddar and no mozzarella on it” and she asked “what fat sandwich”, i said “fat sandwich with ONLY steak, chicken tenders, and fries with mayo please and funnel cake fries please”! I picked up my order drove all the way home which i live in Mayslanding and look at the sandwich and theres cheese on it!! I called them and she said you didnt say no cheese and i said well i said just steak chicken fries and mayo thats it please… “yea you didnt say no cheese” and kept arguing with me…. Im allergic to cheese so why wouldn’t i say no cheese but ok! Ended up not getting refund, no sandwich, no nothing worst experience i ever had! Definitely wont be order or getting anything from them again bunch rip offs and lazy workers… Also way overpriced!

I’ve been eating here for almost 2 years, and I’ve definitely noticed a strong decline in both customer service and food quality throughout that time. My two previous orders were just terrible, and I will probably not be ordering from here again. I ordered a pizza cone and instead of making and giving me a pizza cone, they just gave me a slice of pizza. Luckily I was refunded. The most recent (and most likely last) time that I ordered, the lady at the front counter was coughing like crazy and there was hair in my pizza. This time I wasn’t so lucky, I was refused a refund and offered a mere $5 off my next order. I don’t know what happened to this place, but they have seriously gone downhill.

Not only does this food eatery has a very unique business hours model, open 9pm - 5am, the food is banging! First time I was ever tempted to order the same food as I was delivering to one of its customers. People up to 45 min to an hour away order from this eatery. Family owned and operated Cono Pizza and Ice Cream is a great place to order from!
The best pizza not sure why the negative stars everything I’ve gotten constantly is a five star! Best part open late

Very weird experience, the vibe is kinda off putting. The staff was awkward and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I ordered a dessert cone and a milkshake. It took a while but I figured it was late at night and they weren't expecting customers. The bananas in the dessert cone were bad. And the milkshake was just okay. seeing the condition of the store you get the feeling they're are probably so many health code violations. That's the kind of place you get food poisoning from. When I checked out they were checking the menu for prices to to figure out what I owed them. And they wouldn't give me a receipt when I asked for one. Also the presentation of the food kinda grossed me out.

If I could give no stars I would this company robbed me for over a 60 dollar order that I or tipped 12 dollars on never delivered and swore to door dash they did will not answer phone here or at there other business cookie munch crunch. Grimly business you don’t steal from customers

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 3 cookies at 8:54pm, they were delivered at 11:44pm. I ordered a s'mores cookie, a chocolate chip, and a Reese cookie. I got 3 garbage chocolate chip cookies. They were $10.99 each. WOULD BOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They also go under the name cookie much crunch (very similar to cookie munchers which is what I assumed I was ordering.) steer clear not worth it.

Would give a 0 if possible. Delivery driver dropped off the order to the wrong place then hung up the call after trying to call and figure it out. The shop was called and they proceeded to tell me that they had nothing to do with deliveries. I then Proceeded to call doordash where it was ordered from and they tell us that the store delivers their own orders. Not only did it get delivered to the wrong place but I was lied to so that the store didn’t have to take the fall for it. Very rude do not recommend just because of customer service alone I didn’t even get to try the food. ???♀️
