First time I came here they gave me one roll when I ordered 2 but I was already home and wasn’t gonna go back. Second time I ordered online. The man gives me my order and I check this time if I got everything and of course something was missing, my dessert. When I ask for it he says oh and looks at his screen to double check. I also noticed I was given two ketchup no hot sauce or anything even though last time I also ordered chicken and got hot sauce. InconsistenciesI went to eat the chicken and the outside was burnt and oily, while inside was lukewarm. This was clearly old chicken that was refried for one minute to pretend it was fresh. The cheesesteak beef was slightly burned and salty. Dessert was ok.

I asked for the rice platter with sauce and salad No chicken. I said it 3 times to 2 different people, then he asks me if I’m sure that’s what I want?! Why of course I’m sure I came in here and ordered it. Which I didn’t understand the confusion because I’ve gotten it plenty of times they were just New! Then I asked for 3 wings. I get home and open my platter up, there’s So much Sauce that it was spilling out the container! Just Nasty! No salad! Oh but they gave me an extra wing!?? I’m not going back!!

Crown Fried is a whole different vibe than your standard fried chicken joints ala KFC or Popeyes. No, its not the best food you have ever had. But for the PRICE it is extremely hard to beat. The gigantic menu is a huge plus.

This place is amazing. Try the gyro over rice ♥️♥️Just do not order over the phone, order on some app for pick up because they'll never have it ready if you order over the phone.

Got the gyro bowl and fries, really good and they even made the lamb and chicken red for valentines day (no it didn't mess with my stomach for anyone wondering if it would theirs) friendly staff whenever I have been there.

It's a shame this spot has some mediocre or bad reviews because the staff were extremely friendly and likable. Stopped by late night around 11pm and they were still extremely courteous. Ordered an 8 piece with 2 rolls and 2 sides. Got Mac and cheese and mashed potato's. The mashed potatoes weren't something you'd whip up with your own Yukon golds and butter they were still good AND still warm when I got home 20 minutes later. Always a plus to have warm food after a takeout. The Mac and cheese was good and just as good as any other takeout spot. I enjoyed it. So service excellent, sides ok. Now what about that chicken? Sit down and stfu because this was hands down the best friend chicken I've had besides crown fried chicken shacks in Atlantic City late night at 2am when it's questionable who you're sitting next to and New Orleans or Georgia. I'm not sh!tting you, this chicken was legit! I don't want chciken that's dry. I don't want chicken with too much breading. I don't want bland chicken. I got exactly what I wanted!!! Chicken that was flavorful! Check. Chicken that was crunchy with a flaky not over breaded mess. Check (you know the chicken you get from kfc where it's 75% breading and 25% bone? This ain't that!! Chicken that's juicy and fresh? Check!! Now I got there at 11pm and I didn't have a fresh batch of chicken. I ordered an 8 piece and unfortunately there was nothing on hand besides wings. I could've waited about 20 minutes for a fresh batch but I didn't want to. They were kind enough to throw in a couple extra wings to make my 8 piece a 12 piece and I was more than willing to accept. So I essentially had chicken that was chilling and still f'ing enjoyed it enough to write this post. Eat more chicken people. And buy it from here. (Just not late at night on weeknights when I might stop by lol)

Don’t order between 9pm-3a. There is an absolute rude young Indian that will serve Indians before you. And will not care for your order. I asked from a gyro on pita bread. Got a gyro in a bowl. And than tried to say I didn’t order Mac and cheeese even though it was on the recipe.
