Okay whoever was working the night of April 19th 2024 needs a raise they are literally the chillest people on earth me and some friends were literally in there for four hours and they were just always rlly nice and hospitable

No one here wears gloves employee handled cash and never washed his hands before making food . Female employee losing her pants pulling them up never washed her hands. Scraped her face never washed her hands still handling food. Will not eat here again

I went to dominos, I already ordered off the app. My food said it was finished so I was thinking that I was going to leave within a couple minutes. Instead the music was blasting very loudly, it was almost empty, and no work was getting done. I left ALMOST TWO HOURS later. And I wasn't even apologized to. We need to do better please.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am frustrated with my experience overall. This location doesn’t seem to be accommodating of those with disabilities. I am hard of hearing, so I use online ordering and have tried twice to utilize the contactless feature because 1. I don’t hear knocks and the doorbell if my hearing aids are out or charging, and 2. My toddler is napping/down for the night. The first time, I didn’t hear the knock or ring and they sent my order back, despite selecting contactless and explaining in the note that I am hard of hearing. I talked to the manager and explained this as well. The second time, I select contactless and tell them in the note to leave the order on the mat, in an attempt to be completely clear. Again, the driver knocks and rings on the door, but my toddler is sleeping. This time, it’s aggressive and loud. The explanation that was given was that the driver does not have a smart phone or access to these specific instructions.

Got nothing of what I ordered. They messed up my order and he came out and told me and I had to wait for it to be remade. He was very kind and sweet but he offered me the mistake (bread twists) that he was clearly eating from. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and I got pizza with chicken and onions and no sauce. I wanted sauce with my bread twists and I didn't get any. They also are covered in oil. The food tastes good just check your order before you leave.

Ordered by door dash. But the food was awful. Was delivered VERY soggy. it wasn't from the delivery time. The pizza itself was undercooked, soggy and slightly raw. Good luck trying to reach the restaurant. If you call it goes to call center. Was transferred and still on hold. Awful.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. No longer ordering from this location. Delivery times given are way off and food often takes 1.5 hrs or more to get delivered. Drivers have forgotten parts of order and delievered cold pizza. Order from another location if you can.

Wow, what a big disappointing place never again will I order from this shop. The pizza sucked. It had no real cheese, barely any sausage I was lucky if my pie had 5 pieces of sausage , never again they’re tooooo cheap on their toppings!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DENIED GIVING MONEY BACK AFTER MESSING UP PIZZA TWICE. EACH TIME IT TOOK PIZZA OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!! SUPPORT LOCAL, NOT THIS TRASH PLACE!!!! TERRIBLE.EMPLOYEES. JAMES told me to deal with corporate for a refund and he wasn't going to do it. Doesn't even know what he got himself into with that.

Placed an order online saying it will be there in 30 mins.. an hour goes by we call only to be told they have one driver and to dont worry we were the next drop off. Called back over 30 mins later to be told our food is in a "hot bag" and won't be cold when it gets there.. we live up the street and weren't even told we could go pick it up.. Guy on the phone just said he doesn't know what to say and the food is still good and should be out shortly. The app literally tells us it's been done for over an hour.. sorry but this store just gets worse every year.
