I didn't get the name of the guy making the sandwiches, I think he might've been a manager/trainer, but dude's customer service was on point! It was my first time checking this place out, was kinda overwhelmed with all of the choices (who knew you could have so many different hoagies), and he helped me out figuring out what I wanted. Told him I didn't know what I wanted so he made me a pretty great old fashioned meatball hoagie with red pepper on the side, which was delicious. Caring, detail oriented service with a good product- what more could you want?

I’m very disappointed… i love promo hoagies , the bread is always soft, the portions are always even. But this one was not It at all. I asked for extra mayo, and didn’t get that. My bread was extremely hard and they didn’t even cut It… idk they definitely need to do better here

I ordered 6 hoagies today and while the hoagies had a nice amount of meat/veggies, the roll was beyond soggy and loaded with vinegar. Not great for the price I paid. I've ordered from other Primos before but this was awful.

Love this place, best primos I ever been too. Rosie and David helped me so much and they slice my cheese perfectly and they recognize me every time I go in there. They are amazing and food is incredible I recommend it if you want a healthy quick hoagie too eat!!!!!!?
