Don’t trust the one star reviews, this place is amazing, it just gets really busy, but it’s worth the wait. They don’t skimp on the pork roll when it comes to the bagel sandwiches. That’s why this is my favorite bagel place.

I have placed orders from both this location and the other, but unfortunately, they do not pay attention to customers' orders and send/pack whatever they want. Moreover, their communication skills are poor, and they are unwilling to adjust to accommodate customers' requests. If you happen to get the manager to come out, she's even less helpful—short with customers and snarky for no reason at all.If you are looking for a place to have breakfast, I would recommend visiting High Grounds or Cream as their staff is far more friendly & both are right around the corner and open all year!

Literally the best bagels I have ever tasted and perfect breakfast sandwiches. Along with that you have Sam and team to welcome you with a smile and fast service for fresh cooked food. Awesome all around!

With very little advance notice, Ry's went above and beyond to make a massive bulk order of bagels to feed an entire senior class. Bagels were ready bright and early in the morning and were devoured by our students. Ry's bagel AND cream cheese varieties cannot be beat, and their customer service was amazing! Thank you!

The prices are pretty good, the quality is probably the best you can get in terms of on campus breakfast. A few reviews mention rude staff but they’ve all seemed pretty chill to

Coffee isn’t great, but It was like $1 so I can’t complain that much- it’d be cool if specialty drinks were made there like lattes. The bagel was delicious- and house baked.

Workers are rude and you would think the establishment would do something about it after all of these negative reviews. College kids are chill and understanding so there’s no reason to be acting like this. I work in the service industry and even when it is crazy busy I do my best to make sure I am kind to the customers.

I've been going here for quite some time. I don't like the bagels. I grew up in Cherry Hill, and these are not real bagels. They are bread in the shape of bagels. My son thinks they're fine so I order for him because of the convenient location. I get my bagels elsewhere.I've been ordering a half dozen cinnamon raisin bagels almost once a week. The cost is $7.25, and I give a $0.75 tip.Last week, a guy called me at 12:21 pm (as shown on my phone) to ask if I was coming to get my order. My receipt says I was there at 12:33 pm. They close at 1.The only time I forgot to get my bagels - last year - I realized after noon, and I called the store, asked if they would be there about 1:15 pm or if they preferred I get them the next day, promising to pay the full price for them. I even offered my credit card number over the phone. They told me to come - no problem.Today, I called to place an order and called 22, yes 22 times before someone finally answered the phone. The man said I was no longer allowed to place phone orders because I didn't get my bagels until 20 minutes after closing last time, and I've done this too many times. I told him that was not me. He had me confused with someone else. I told him I was 100% sure, but he was sure he was right. I will not go there again. I have my receipt to prove it, but I will not support a place who is so rude to their customers. For anyone who does do this to them, the customers should be told when getting there after closing that if they do it again, they will no longer be allowed to place phone orders. This way, they will be sure to tell the right people!I went to Township Bagels instead, and I recommend it! The bagels are much closer to what I grew up with.

worst bagel establishment i ever been to, the inflation prices are crazy not to mention they have the rudest manager who wanted to overcharge me on my meal plan when i’ve been paying a 2.00 upcharge for months. Their phone system is always messed up and i’ve found hair multiple times in my orders. it’s time to boycott rys !!

Great service! But when the website says they’re open, and they are not it is kind of annoying.

The bagels are good, but the workers are ALWAYS rude. I understand working in customer service is hard but college students are always chill and nice so there is no excuse for being disrespectful and giving attitude. I’m literally just ordering a bagel, like relax. There’s no need to be nasty ?
